You have strong muscles.
You have the loudest roar.
You are a happy,
Sociable lion.
You love spending time with the other lions in your pride.
And how does it feel to be a lion?
Do you feel strong,
Brave,
Happy,
Fierce,
Magnificent?
Noticing how it feels to be a lion.
You love being lazy.
You are happy when you spend 20 hours a day sleeping or resting.
You love to lie on your back with your feet up in the air.
Or you snooze in the shade of the trees.
So go ahead now and take some rest.
Use under the trees.
The more you relax,
The more you can feel your body sinking into the floor.
You feel so relaxed.
So relaxed.
You enjoy sleeping and relaxing.
Wow you feel so calm and so relaxed.
You can feel the wind against your face.
The sunshine on your fur.
You feel fully safe and fully calm.
Your relaxation is coming to an end now.
Merging back to your body.
Returning back to your body.
And you are merging back with your world.
