Joy meditation is a type of mindfulness practice that focuses specifically on cultivating feelings of joy and happiness. It involves paying attention to positive emotions and intentionally creating an environment in which those emotions can flourish. Cultivating positive emotions, such as happiness and joy, has numerous benefits. Research has shown that people who experience positive emotions on a regular basis tend to be more resilient, have better physical health, and are more successful in their personal and professional lives.
