It's Jordana.

This is one minute of mindfulness to bring purpose to your present moment.

Let's get started.

Find a way to sit tall,

Lengthen through the spine,

Release the shoulders and relax the face.

Setting an intention for the day or even for whatever is next can really set you up for success in the mind and with whoever or whatever you encounter.

So let's take a deep breath in and then exhale out the mouth and bring to mind an intention.
