This imagination meditation is based on this quote by Neville Goddard.

Look at yourself in the mirror and dare to see radiant health and happiness reflected back to you.

Then say within yourself,

I remember when my reflection was so different.

Persist in seeing your new image reflected there and you will resurrect that state.

We are going to go to a state akin to sleep and imagine this scene and meditate on it.

It's okay to fall asleep into this meditation and to continue to train the subconscious mind with the affirmations that will continue playing.

So let us take time now to imagine looking into this mirror.

Do not worry about what you usually see or say to yourself when you look in the mirror.

It is what you know now going within to the creative power within you to resurrect your radiant health and happiness that is alive within you.

So go ahead and close your eyes and begin to relax your mind.

You are going deeper and deeper into a relaxed state by breathing in and breathing out.

You notice thoughts coming and going and you just see them and then let them go.

And you are feeling more and more peace.

You are relaxing every part of your body from your head to your shoulders,

To your chest,

Down into your stomach,

Relaxing into your hips and legs,

Down into your feet.

Your arms are relaxing.

You are feeling better and better right now.

Breathe in and breathe out.

If you feel any tension anywhere on your body,

You just take note of it and let it go.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Feeling more and more calm.

You are going deeper and deeper into your imagination,

Into the creative power within you.

You notice that even though your eyes are closed,

You are still blinking because you are creating a scene inside your imagination.

In this imagination,

You are standing in front of a mirror looking back at yourself and you see radiant health and happiness reflecting back to you.

And you say,

I remember when my reflection was so different.

And you continue to see radiant health and happiness looking back at you.

Your eyes are shining back at you.

You're smiling with a happy face.

Your complexion is healthy.

Your posture confident.

Your chest lifting and breathing in that healthy,

Happy radiance that is you as you look into the mirror at the true reflection of who you are.

You are everything you want to be right here and right now.

You continue to look in the mirror and you are nodding your head up and down to yourself saying,

I know.

I know who I am and it is already done.

And you continue to look at your radiant,

Healthy and happy self and say,

I remember when my reflection was so different.

Look at me now,

You say,

And you feel into this resurrected confidence and you are losing happiness and health through every pore of your body.

As you look at yourself and say,

Isn't it wonderful?

Isn't it wonderful to be filled with radiant energy,

Perfect health and happiness?

You continue to see this mirror image of who you are,
