The New Moon time is a great time for cultivating awareness and clarity. It is a time to go within and begin to receive the wisdom you need to move forward in this cycle of the moon. This practice will support your internal rhythm and help you connect to what is no longer serving you, so you can begin to plant the seeds of intention that provide nourishment on your path of life.

Transcript

Finding a comfortable seat,

Begin to tune into the breath.

Feel the breath flowing,

Fluid,

Effortless in through the nose and out through the nose.

Give yourself a chance to connect into your body,

Into your breath.

Now I want you to focus on your exhale breath and imagine the breath stemming all the way from the core of your being.

Imagine anything that is limiting belief or pattern,

Anything that's holding you back from moving forward in your life at this point in your life.

Maybe there's fears,

Doubts,

Shame,

Guilt,

Anything that's getting in the way of you standing in your power,

In your worth and I want you to focus on pulling out these energies,

These vibrations with your breath out,

Almost like pulling weeds out of a garden.

As you breathe in,

Breathe all the way into your being.

As you exhale,

Pull out these vibrations that are not serving you any longer.

Maybe at one point they did but now you're able to release them with intention,

With purpose so that you can make space for the things that you'd like to grow,

The qualities of yourself you'd allow to flourish.

Keep pulling out these feelings,

These emotions,

These sensations in the body,

Anything that is not allowing you to move forward into your best self.

Letting go of all of these vibrations,

Breathe them out,

Let yourself be free.

With every exhale breath you feel lighter,

More attuned to the frequency of your being,

More relaxed and peaceful within your being,

More grounded.

Taking a few more moments to pull out these vibrations,

Making space for what it is that you're going to drop into.

Now breathing up into your third eye center,

Stimulating that area to bring in all of the wisdom,

Intuitive information that you have access to.

Breathing in and out of your third eye center,

Your third eye chakra.

Imagine this part of you opening and expanding to flood in that information from the external and internal world of your reality.

Trust that the information you're receiving is for your highest good.

Asking yourself what it is that you need in this moment.

Breathing in and out of your third eye center,

And then dropping into your heart center,

Bringing your awareness into that space in place.

Allow yourself to connect to the part of you,

Your natural state of being.

Within this state there's peace,

There's love,

There's light.

Turning to the frequency of who you are,

Feeling this energy of going inward,

Turning off the noise of the outside world,

And go deep within your being.

Maybe you feel in your body,

Maybe you can sense energetically a feeling of who you really are.

Allow that to blossom as you nourish yourself with breath.

Nourish yourself with the life force energy to connect you to your creative energy.

What you are creating in this world,

How you are creating your life to be,

And as you connect with that essence of who you are,

Allow it to grow and expand within the body and even outside the body into your aura,

The space around you.

Maybe you feel yourself glowing with a beautiful vibrant orange colored light,

Following your expressive creative nature,

Letting go of all the things that hold you back,

And now feel your true essence,

Your calling,

Your desires,

Emerging from within,

Allowing them to grow with intention,

With breath,

With energy.

You you you you without dimming this part of you slowly allow the breath to deepen feel the shift of your energy and allow yourself to shine to move forward and to keep this intention,

This desire,

This natural part of you alive.
