This morning practice encourages your body to gradually awaken and release tension from the night. You are slowly guided through a sequence that gently opens the different areas of your body, giving you plenty of time to rest with each one and enjoy the experience of awakening. This practice can be done while you are still in bed, or on a yoga mat. Postures: wind-releasing pose, reclining pigeon, twisted roots, cat-cow, baby dragon, dragon flying low, winged dragon, twisting dragon, downward-facing dog, child's pose, dragonfly, caterpillar, savasana.
