Welcome to your practice.

This is a short yoga nidra inspired body scan to give you a quick rest and reset when you need it.

We're going to be moving the awareness through some of the major energy points around the body to encourage relaxation and a release of stagnant energy.

So make sure that you are in a comfortable position.

Close your eyes and begin by bringing your awareness to the breath.

Follow the natural flow of the air as it moves in and out of your body.

Watch the gentle expansion and contraction of your chest as you breathe in and out.

And now bring the awareness to the eyebrow center and rest the awareness at the eyebrow center.

There's no need to think about anything or analyze anything.

Simply rest the awareness here in this space between the eyebrows.

And now move to the space between the collarbones.

Rest the awareness at the space between the collarbones and the right shoulder.

Bring the awareness to the front of the right shoulder,

The inside of the right elbow,

The inside of the right wrist,

The tip of the right hand thumb,

The tip of the right index finger,

The tip of the right middle finger,

The tip of the right ring finger,

The tip of the right little finger,

The right wrist,

The right elbow,

The right shoulder,

The space between the collarbone,

The front of the left shoulder,

The inside of the left elbow,

The inside of the left wrist,

The tip of the left hand thumb,

The tip of the left index finger,

The tip of the left middle finger,

The tip of the left ring finger,

The tip of the left little finger,

The left wrist,

The left elbow,

The left shoulder,

The space between the collarbone,

The centre of the chest,

The left side of the right elbow,

The tip of the right middle finger,

The tip of the right ring finger,

The tip of the right little finger,

The tip of the right little finger,

The tip of the right little finger,

The tip of the right little finger,

The tip of the right little finger,
