This is a short,
Simple visualization exercise that helps relax and renew the body and mind.
Lie down on your back and get as comfortable as possible.
Let the legs simply fall open to the side as the hips relax and tuck your shoulder blades under your back so the arms are open with your palms facing up.
Make sure your neck is soft and lengthened using a pillow to support you if you like.
Softly close your eyes.
Start to bring your attention to your breath now.
Slowly and gradually deepening the breath,
Making the inhales and the exhales in equal length.
Effortless and natural.
Now,
Let's start to take a deep breath.
Now imagine you can see the sky above you.
Pristine,
Clear,
Blue sky with a radiant shining sun.
Imagine you can inhale that luminescent quality directly from the sky and as it enters your body it feeds and nourishes each and every cell.
The energy spreads light,
Pushing the old dark qualities of your being down further and further towards your feet.
Inhale receiving the luminescent energy and exhale moving all the darkness down towards the base of the feet.
With each and every inhale,
The stagnant thoughts and feelings that are held in the body are replaced with bright healing light until all of the darkness has exited through the soles of the feet,
Waiting to be returned to the earth to be recycled.
Now the body is made completely of glowing,
Sparkling,
Positive energy.
Notice how your thoughts may have shifted.
Notice any subtle differences in the physical body.
Take a few moments to continue to be still and bask in this light.

Now take one last breath for one more hour to return to this state with each and Continue to relax for as long as you like.

Softly open the eyes and begin to move the body.
