Welcome to this ocean healing meditation.
Take a moment to allow yourself to comfortably lay down,
Allowing your body to settle in.
Let's take three grounding breaths together.
A gentle inhale through your nose,
Feeling the air touch the back of your throat and run until your lungs fill up and fully exhaling,
Noticing a difference in temperature with your exhale.
Another gentle inhale and a full exhale out.
One last time in your own pace and then allow your eyes to gently close and begin to visualize that you are floating in a beautiful,
Warm ocean.
The water is not deep.
You feel perfectly safe.
You feel the gentle touch of Mother Earth carrying you,
The density of the water,
And you feel yourself being completely carried.
And you naturally take a big sigh out and you feel your body becoming even more weightless,
As if the water is a warm blanket that you're laying upon.
And it's not just providing you with stability,
It's not just carrying you.
The minerals in the water,
The cleansing aspect of the ocean is deeply healing you and every single cell in your body.
It is replenishing any part of you that feels fatigue.
It is recharging any part of you that feels exhausted.
It is nourishing any part of you that feels depleted.
You surrender even more to the gentle softness of the waves that are carrying you back and forth,
A tiny,
Very subtle movement of a very calm ocean.
And this rocking movement is bringing even more safety and regulation to your nervous system.
And you begin to hear any sounds of the ocean,
The sound of the waves,
The sound of birds.
Maybe you even hear the sound of your own breath.
You take another natural sigh out and you feel yourself releasing even more here.
Surrender it all to the ocean.
Surrender it to Mother Earth.
She can carry it all.
The Earth carries the heaviest things,
The widest,
Biggest oceans,
The highest mountains.
It can also carry your burdens.
Surrender it all to the Earth.
It is safe to rest here.
It is safe to recharge here.
It is safe to let go here.
You begin to feel whole,
Completed,
And replenished.
You begin to stand on the ocean sand,
Feeling the softness beneath your feet,
And the water doesn't reach up high.
The ocean isn't deep at all.
Then you begin to walk on the sand,
Feeling every step as you sink in just a little bit deeper into the Earth.
Then you make your way onto the shore.
You feel the water lowering and lowering even more until you are completely out of the water.
You feel the warmth of the sun gently caressing your skin.
You feel yourself coming back from the beach,
From the ocean,
Back into the space that you are in right now,
Physically.
You begin to feel the surface below you.
You feel grounded and gently you can begin to wiggle your fingers and your toes,
Taking a deep breath in and a big breath out,
Gently opening your eyes and fully coming back into your space.
I hope you have a wonderful rest of your day.
May you be well.
Until next time.
