Jeff has been a teacher and musician for nearly 50 years. Educated in mathematics and Physics, he had a successful career in secondary education for many years. Jeff became troubled by ongoing depression during his working life and has only recently been diagnosed as having Bipolar Disorder type 2. In working through his own treatment, he has become convinced at the efficacy of meditation and music therapy.
