COURSE

Freedom In Forgiveness

With Jay Chodagam

Have you been hurt, cheated or betrayed by someone and you are finding it difficult to forgive that person? Have you experienced that trying to eradicate the memory of that person doesn’t make the pain go away, instead, it makes you feel worse? And do you feel that holding on to that hurt is beginning to define your life, which only prevents you from healing? If the answer to one or more of these questions is a ‘yes’, then this course is for you. Forgiving someone who has hurt you can be an extremely difficult process to navigate alone by yourself. This 10-day course has been developed using ancient wisdom and modern science to help you release the resentment and start the healing. You will come away feeling that you have set a prisoner free, and discover that the prisoner was you. Jay recognizes that forgiveness can be a daunting challenge, and over the next 10 days he will guide you through a methodical process of forgiving someone who has hurt you. It is very possible that the one who has hurt you is yourself. He uses stories, poetry, meditation and creative exercises to help you with your healing journey. Forgiveness really happens toward yourself, not to someone else. Forgiving is releasing a frequency of hatred that only affects you. Jay understands that the process of forgiveness takes time and you may need space to feel ready and have had time to grieve the wrong that was done to you. In that case, this course may help you with coping tools until the time is right for you.
