Good morning.
Good morning beautiful soul.
Let's make this an amazing day.
Before you get off into doing,
Ask yourself,
Who do you want to be today?
How are you going to show up in the world today?
What vibe are you going to put out?
And no matter what happens today,
This will be your energy signature.
This is what people are going to feel when they come in contact with you.
You can do this practice either seated or laying down.
Now go ahead and close your eyes.
Rest your arms either on your lap or on your knees.
Or if you're lying down,
Go ahead and lay them next to you.
Make sure that your back is aligned so there is a straight line between your head,
Your neck and your spine.
You should be relaxed yet alert.
I want you to start with some deep belly breathing.
I want you to please take an inhale through your nostrils deep into the belly.
Noticing the belly expand and then taking that up slightly higher into the bottom of your chest,
Just below the rib cage,
Allowing that to fill and breathing in some more into the upper part of your chest around your collarbone.
Hold it for a second and through your mouth exhale it all out.
One more time in through the nostrils down into the belly,
Feeling the belly expand and soften into the lower part of your chest and then some more into the upper part of your chest.
Hold and then let it all out from the mouth.
Now you can return to a natural rhythm of breathing in for a count of five through the nostrils and out from the mouth for a count of five.
That is a powerful way to open your heart to prepare yourself for the mystical universe to work its magic through you today.
I want you to ask yourself,
What are five things that I'm extremely grateful for in my life right now?
If you have food in your refrigerator,
Clothes on your back,
A roof over your head,
A place to sleep,
You are richer than 75% of the people in the world.
If you woke up this morning with more health than illness,
You are more blessed than the million people who will not survive this week.
So ask yourself,
What am I grateful for right now in my life?
Five things.
I'll give you a few moments to think about it.
Your life is filled with blessings,
Like receiving the light of the sun.
The sun gives its light freely without any expectation.
And without that light,
Your world would be in total darkness.
So is the light that you are.
You are a spark of light that brings light to those around you.
Your light touches others so that they can see themselves for who they are.
There's so much to be grateful for.
