Hello and welcome to Dissolving Anxiety and Panic.
Today we will be vocalizing affirmations that will invite forward our most stabilized nature.
In this process,
You will dismantle and shift the internal monologue of anxiety and panic so as to dissolve its outward assertion in your life.
Anxiety has the ability to overwhelm and consume the mind and body's resources.
When we throw an extra layer of panic into the mix,
We can be left in a state of paralysis.
And without having any tools to support and heal the root cause of anxiety,
There can be an extremely debilitating energy thrashing around in our day-to-day life.
When we are in these states of mind and of these bodily experiences,
We are not in a thriving state.
This healing affirmation meditation can be used as a self-empowering guide that will support your nervous system to come down from fight or flight and can serve as a soothing first practice to create a healthy relationship with the emotion or energy in motion that is anxiety.

Bringing to life a wide spherical ball of the most pure intention and divine healing light,
Approximately one foot out from where you feel the anxiety or panic in your body,
Acknowledging the tension and bringing awareness to how it plays out in your life.
Authorize these affirmations,
The ability to dissolve the dissidence within your system and allow calm and balance to surface.
Breathing in to each affirmation and seeing,
Feeling or imagining the white sphere harmonizing the space within.
