with Jan Moller
When an organization commits to reducing the stress level of its workforce, we rapidly observe improvements in the working climate, employee motivation, commitment, and performance, as well as in the quality of service towards internal and external clients. Due to greater personal and organizational well-being, we see a reduction in personnel turnover, absenteeism, and sick leave. At the individual level, important soft skills such as emotional intelligence, communication skills, and the ability to adapt to change are strengthened, as well as the ability to listen, to focus and to make decisions. The result is a motivating leadership style, constructive interpersonal relations, positive stress and an engaging and productive work environment. Through guided exercises, practical tools, and relaxation music, participants in this workshop will acquire knowledge, tools, and skills to better manage pressure, reduce stress levels and prevent exhaustion and burnout. They will also learn to create a better work-life balance. Post-workshop they will receive complimentary material to reinforce the learning experience and encourage engagement and self-help.
