Make yourself comfortable laying on your back or reclining in a chair.

If the room is cool,

Cover up with a blanket so you can stay warm during this experience.

This program is designed to help you relax deeply,

Simply by resting and listening to my guidance for the next 20 minutes.

Let's begin.

Close your eyes and turn your attention inward.

Be still.

Let go of all thoughts,

Worries,

Tension.

Give yourself fully to this experience.

Relax.

Trust.

Let go.

Breathe in fully and exhale with a deep sigh.

And again,

Take a deep breath in and let go with a deep,

Deep sigh.

Let go even more.

Feel a deep sense of contentment and peace in your heart.

Bring your whole body into your awareness.

As you inhale,

Make fists and tense the legs,

The belly,

The face.

Make the whole body tense and stiff.

And then as you exhale,

Allow all the tension to melt away.

On your next exhale,

Soften even more.

Inhale and again,

Tense and tighten the entire body,

Squeezing the belly,

The arms,

The fists,

The legs.

Make everything tight and tense.

And as you exhale,

Soften every muscle.

Let go.

On your next exhalation,

Let go even more.

Relax.

Observe and feel the energy extending to all the muscles,

Nerves,

And cells of your entire body.

Let your whole body melt into the energy sensation you feel.

Release any holding anywhere.

Let your mind,

Throughout this entire experience,

Remain relaxed and motionless,

Alert and conscious.

Stay in touch with my voice and allow any disturbances,

Internal or external,

To draw you deeper into relaxation.

Let your mind merge and melt into the sensations you feel and allow what comes into your awareness to simply pass through like a cloud moving across the sky.

Relax into this experience.

Shift from thinking and doing to feeling and being.

Let your mind drop into the deepest state of stillness and peace.

Breathe in deeply and fill your lungs from the bottom to the top as if you're filling a water bottle.

Breathe out and empty your lungs from the top to the bottom.

Let your breath be slow and steady.

Observe the movement of your abdomen and chest.

Stay connected to the peaceful feeling of the release of tension.

Let this feeling extend to every part of your body.

Let each breath deepen your relaxation.

With each breath out,

Release any tension held in the body.

Release any anticipation in your mind.

Gradually allow the exhalation to grow longer than the inhalation.

Let go of holding anywhere in your body.

Let go even more.

With the next breath in,

Visualize your body renewed and revitalized with new life.

We'll continue with seven more slow,

Deep breaths.

Seven.

I am breathing in.

Seven.

I am breathing out.

Six.

I am breathing in.

Six.

I am breathing out.

Continue counting until I ask you to stop.

If you lose track or reach zero,

Just start again at seven.

Let yourself be more relaxed and peaceful with each breath.

Now stop counting and allow the breath to return to normal.

And feel how the breath creates sensations and energy in the body.

Experience all the sensations.

Feel all the tension melt away.

Enter an effortless state of being.

Experience silence extending everywhere.

Follow my guidance as we move our attention through different parts of the body.

As I guide you from point to point,

Remain in restful,

Silent awareness.

Allow your focus to dissolve any blockages and holdings as we journey through the body.

Resolve that you will stay alert and aware.

And now bring your undivided attention to the eyebrow center,

Pit of the throat,

Right shoulder,

Right elbow,

Right wrist,

Tip of the right thumb,

Index finger,

Middle finger,

Ring finger,

Little finger,

Right wrist,

Shoulder,

Pit of the throat,

Left shoulder,

Left elbow,

Left wrist,

Tip of the left thumb,

Index finger,

Middle finger,

Ring finger,

Little finger,

Left wrist,

Elbow,

Shoulder,

Pit of the throat,

Middle of the chest,

Right side of the chest,

Middle of the chest,

Left side of the chest,

Middle of the chest,

Navel point,

Middle of the pelvis,

Right hip,

Right knee,

Ankle,

Big toe,

Second toe,

Third toe,

Fourth toe,

Pinky toe,

Right ankle,

Knee,

Hip,

Middle of the pelvis,

Left hip,

Left knee,

Ankle,

Left big toe,

Second toe,

Third toe,

Fourth toe,

Pinky toe,

Left ankle,

Knee,

Hip,

Middle of the pelvis,

Navel point,

Middle of the chest,

Pit of the throat,

And back to the brow center.

Gather all your attention at the brow center.

Observe the stillness and silence.

Resting in this quiet place,

Observe whatever passes in and out of your awareness.

If nothing appears,

Just be aware of that.

Witness whatever you see flowed by as you remain unattached to all that passes.

Bring your attention to the center between your eyebrows and drop into the deepest level of relaxation.

In this place of peace,

You feel completely safe and comfortable.

Hand over all fear,

Apprehension,

And anxiety about all that you want to change,

Control,

And manage.

Let go of all doing.

Let your mind merge and melt into the peaceful silence.

All right.

In this quiet place,

Your intentions and affirmations are fulfilled with effortless ease.

Allow yourself to respond spontaneously and effortlessly to what I say.

I respond to life's moments with calm,

Clarity,

And conviction.

I let go of anxiety and fear and replace it with confidence and strength.

I am at peace with myself as I am.

Experience freedom from any need to be in control.

Still totally unburdened and empowered to move in life with effortless ease.

You are whole,

Complete,

And filled with peace.

And now become aware of the rising and falling of your breath.

Slowly begin to feel your physical body.

Sense the body resting.

Feel the air as it touches the skin.

Begin to deepen your inhalations and exhalations.

Feel the energy of your physical body.

Arms,

Legs,

Head,

Torso.

And gradually you can begin to move as if you're waking from a restful sleep.

Wiggle your fingers and toes.

Stretch your arms and legs.

Take your time coming back to the physical body.

Become aware of your body and bring a deep sense of peace and contentment with you as you bring attention back to your body.

Notice how relaxed the body and mind feel.

Know that you can easily come to this place again and again.

When you're ready,

Place your palms and fingers over your eyes and gradually open your fingers to allow the light in slowly.

Gently open your eyes as you complete this experience.
