Find a warm and comfortable spot where you can lie down.
Feel into the present moment as you bring awareness to your body and then your breath.
If it will increase your comfort,
Grab a blanket or something to prop up your knees and then come back to your breath.
Feel your body now in the present moment.
As you deepen into rest,
Feel the earth,
Feel the heaviness of your head,
Your back,
Hips and feet.
On your next inhale,
Breathe in two sips of air in through the nose and exhale out your mouth.
Two sips of air through the nose,
Exhale through the mouth.
One more time,
Two sips of air through the nose and exhale through the mouth.
Come back to just breathing in and breathing out.
Begin to call in protection with today's intention and repeat it three times in your head or just listen.

Bring your awareness to your heart center.

Throat center,
Left shoulder joint,

Shoulder joint and the whole left arm.
Bring all of your awareness to the whole left arm.

The joints of the big toe and all of the toes on the right foot.

The whole right leg.
All of your awareness shifting to the whole right leg.

Ankle joint.
Bring your awareness to the left big toe and all of the joints in the left foot.
Ankle joint,

Hip joint.
Bring your awareness to the whole left leg.
All of the awareness to the whole left leg.

Pelvic center,
Navel center,
Heart center,
Throat center,
Third eye center,
The pineal gland in the center of the head,
Crown of the head,
Whole body.
Bring awareness to your whole body.

Begin to sense bubbles of protection blowing out from all of your joints and centers of the body until you are encased in a large bubble of protection.
Notice temperature of your skin and notice if you can sense a feeling of the bubbles pushing out of your body into a translucent shield of protection.
Visualize yourself lying down in this bubble,
Floating a few inches off the ground and any negative energy bouncing off the outside of the bubble.
In this bubble,
You can see everything around you,
Outside of you.
This bubble is clean,
Clear energy.
This energy is here to energize you,
Calm you and comfort you.
On your next exhale,
Visualize bubbles of energy,
Thoughts,
Perceptions that no longer serve you blowing out the top of your big protective bubble.
Take several breaths here as you visualize all that no longer serves you blowing from your breath out the top of the bubble.

Find yourself and your bubble floating back down to the open and welcoming arms of the earth,
The bubble turning to pure energy radiating out from you,
Creating a soft gold wave moving up and down your body with your breath.
As you inhale,
Soft gold energy comes up from your feet towards your head.
As you exhale,
The waves of energy move smoothly to your feet,
Back and forth.
Feel your body as you breathe.
Notice your body connected,
Soft,
Supported.
Let that go and come back to breathing in through your nose and exhaling through your mouth.
As you breathe,
Begin to wiggle fingers and toes,
Reorienting yourself to the present moment.
If you wish to open your eyes and shift back into your day,
Do so.
If you wish to stay in this protective energy a while longer,
Linger as long as you'd like.
