Well,
So we're going to do a manifestation meditation.
We hear this word a lot.
I don't know if any of you,
And feel free to like interact in the chat if you want.
I don't know if any of you are into manifestation,
But it's been something that has piqued my curiosity for the last 10 years of my spiritual journey.
And I've tried all sorts of things and I've gotten confused.
And I found that the engineering behind the scenes is pretty simple,
But it does take consistency.
So there's two elements to manifesting,
Well,
Three that we're going to kind of explore today.
It's really important for you to get to know what you want first.
So what do I want to create in my life?
And since I've seen you guys,
I've written a book and this exercise is in the book,
But you allow yourself to get to know the longings of your heart.
So not necessarily your goals,
What you want,
Things like that,
But go out in nature for an hour with your journal and allow yourself to just pour out,
What do I crave?
What do I long for?
What do I ache for?
And once you have a sense of that,
Just for fun,
Narrow it down to like five to seven things just so we can allow ourselves to focus a little bit on one thing at a time.
So what we're going to do right now for this exercise is we don't have the hour to take a little field trip out in nature.
Maybe one day we'll do that.
I want you just to write down in your journal or in your phone notes or on your computer,
What are five things that you want to create in your life this year?
So it could be anything,
Better health,
Bringing in things you don't even think are possible,
Bringing in this amount of money,
Soulmate relationship,
This new car.
It could be spiritual,
It could be physical.
So just take a minute,
Write down five things you want to create this year.
And I know there's more than that,
But just for our time.
And do me a fave.
Just let me know in the chat when you've finished writing down your five things just so I have a sense of when you're finished.
There's no rush.
And welcome,

Just to catch you up where we are right now.
You are writing down five things that you wish for,
Five things you long for,
Five things that you want to create in your life this year.
Then just letting me know in the chat,
Finished,
Done,
Whenever you've written down your five things.
I know we have a million things that we want.
What do you really want?
And what do you not think is possible?
That's where I love to go.
Like something you've had that's been chronic in your life for a really long time that you're like,
Well,
I guess I'm just stuck with this.
Go there.
What do I want to create?
Just popping in the chat when you're done.
Awesome.
All right.
It's coming in.
We're finished.
We're finished.

Good stuff.
So now what I want you to do,
And this is so important in manifesting.
We figure out what do I long for from my heart?
And then we look into the energy behind it.
So we always want something,
And it's great to want physical things.
That's part of being human.
We look at the energy behind it.
So I want you just to take 30 seconds to really feel into intuitively.
Trust yourself.
Look at your list.
Why do I want this thing?
It will bring me what emotion,
What sensation,
What energetic.
So oh,
Interesting.
I want this amount of money to feel safe,
To feel enough.
And there's nothing wrong with this.
This is awesome to want this feeling because we're going to create more of it in this meditation.
I want this relationship to feel bliss,
To feel pleasure,
To feel love.
I want this car to feel alive,
To feel free.
So just take a moment.
Why do you want the thing that you want?
Mine usually ends up being happiness.
A lot of people's,
The common one is peace.
Why do you want what you want?
What feeling do you feel like?
If I have this,
I will feel.
Just write that word down next to all five.
It could be different.
It could be the same.
And then let me know when you finished.
No rush.
Plenty of time.

So now that you have the energy behind it,
This is what you want to focus on every day.
So I'm going to share with you the dynamics and then we're going to do the meditation on it.
But if you're,
If you're co-creating in your life.
So,
So for me,
I was in victim mentality for a really long time,
Victim consciousness,
And that lives.
Oh,
We got another friend that lives in our world.
We can't see past it.
So when we don't realize we're co-creators in the quantum field of life,
It gets really confusing because we're like,
Well,
Life just happens to me.
And I have no,
I have no conscious creation abilities or control.
So we don't actively do these things.
So when we wake up from victim consciousness,
Which again,
Innocent,
But most of us live there until we come into,
Whoa,
I have more power than I realize.
I'm a co-creator and I have control over my life,
Which is beautiful.
And it's hard because you have to take responsibility for your creation.
So if you have icky stuff that comes into your life,
Um,
We have to allow ourselves to welcome that too.
So,
So we're doing manifestation for those that just joined us.
What five things do we want?
So Derek,
You can write this to catch up.
What five things do you want to create?
What's the feeling behind the five things.
So I want this because it will make me feel enough safe,
Loved.
There's no wrong.
That's just why you want the thing.
Then what we do is we realize that we are a conscious co-creator and take responsibility for all the energy moving through us.
So in order to bring in new creations,
We have to have space in our energy field,
Right?
How do we make space?
We have to release the energy that's already been created from the unconscious creations by taking responsibility.
So that's what we're going to do today.
No one wants to do this part,
But this is the part that allows the energy to move and allows this new manifestation to come.
So we must welcome where we're at.
That's acceptance,
Surrender,
Unconditional love that you always hear about in these teachings.
So it's just literally,
We're going to do it in the meditation.
Take 15 minutes.
Hey,
Wherever I am,
Hey,
Anger,
Hey,
Fear,
Maybe you're happy.
Hey,
Happiness,
When our awareness notices something,
This is just the mechanics find it.
The energy has a chance to move.
It's like a kid that just wants to be seen for a moment and understood and okay,
The energy releases.
So we grow up and we have the self-love and we do it for ourselves.
So Hey,
Anger,
Hey,
Fear,
I welcome you here unconditionally.
Most of us put it into shadow,
Into our own conscious and we can't see it.
And then it just creates this energetic backlog of it.
And we're like,
Why can't I let new stuff come into my life?
We're missing this piece of welcoming where we are.
Just the welcoming,
Lets the energy move in its own time,
The energy moves.
And then what do we do is we allow ourselves to consciously feel the feeling of what we want.
So I want you to pick one word that's standing out to you the most today.
Maybe you noticed you wrote the same word three times.
Maybe you want to start with one of them that's like,
Ooh,
I want this the most.
One energetic one sensation that you realized from the list that you put down.
So we welcome where we're at.
We let the energy move and then we allow ourselves to feel the feeling before it's manifested into our lives because we're a vibration.
So whatever we feel first,
It's usually we live this life of,
Well,
I'm going to get this thing and then I'm going to feel that way.
But every great teacher of quantum physics has taught us,
Including Jamie Wozni has taught us,
I have to feel the feeling first,
The happiness,
The enoughness,
And then like vibration attracts like,
And that will move into the empty space I've created from feeling this energy.
So that's manifestation 101 in 15 minutes.
So let's meditate.
Let's actually do this exercise for you.
But I wanted to teach you that and empower you with that in case you wanted to take these steps into your life.
And then in the next couple of weeks,
Let's do another manifestation one so that you get the feeling of this on your own.

So sometimes this helps.
You don't have to do this,
But if you want to put your hand on your heart,
I always have one on my heart,
One on my belly,
But you can have them sitting face up in your lap,
Face down in your lap.
Just get comfortable.
Turn off all your notifications and technology.
I will make sure you're back at 10 30 so you get to fully immerse yourself in this experience.
So let's feel that physical connection between your bottom and the ground.
Using all of those tiny points of contact,
The breath is so important in creation and manifestation to help these energies move.
So we're really going to allow ourselves to bring our breath down into our belly,
Breathe into the belly,
Let the air move through a whole body,
Right?
Maybe you want to take a second to shake it out,
Stretch it out.
We are so cramped and closed and clenched.
We have to consciously allow ourselves to move some energy,
Breathe into the belly.
Close the eyes if you haven't done so yet.
Really feel my body is on the surface below me.
Where are your feet connected?
Where's your bum connected?
Where are your hands connected?
So let the eyes relax,
Let your shoulders relax.
I know it's hard sometimes when you've been going in one direction,
But just see if just 1% you can consciously let your body just soften a little.
Let the corners of your lips soften to create a relaxation in your jaw.
You're just coming into this safe space where everything is welcome here.
You're allowed to be human and divine in this space here with me.
Breathing into the belly and letting everything go.
Relaxed shoulders,
Relaxed belly.
Where am I connected underneath of me?
Can I just be present in this moment with my body,
With my experience as it is,
Knowing that this is the safest way through?
There you go.
I want you just to set an intention.
I call,
You're going to say this quietly or out loud.
I call all of my energy back to me from wherever I innocently left it.
I call it all back now.
I am me and only me.
I'm setting the intention.
I release any energies I'm carrying that do not belong to me.
It is not my responsibility to process other people's energies.
It's just my responsibility to love and to be an example for others.
I release that which no longer serves me,
Letting it go.
I ask that it be recycled,
Transmuted into love.
Great as you do this,
Call all my own energy back.
I am a sovereign co-creator.
I am more powerful than I realize.
I take responsibility for my creations.
I am safe to feel.
I allow the old energy to move through me,
Creating space for new.
Gorgeous,
Just breathe here.
Let your body relax.
Lips relax,
Eyes relax,
Shoulders relax,
Belly relax.
Feeling the connection between your body underneath the view,
Softening everything.
So we begin now by meeting ourselves where we are.
We don't need to go deep into old pain.
We're just present.
We're right here in this moment,
Present with the sensations moving through us,
Knowing that we are safe to feel what we feel.
It will not consume us.
It will move through us.
Breathing into the valley,
Just let yourself be soft and gentle.
Know that you're held in a safe space.
Where am I?
Just to ask yourself,
How do I feel right now?
And if a word doesn't come to you and you just notice a sensation,
I feel a vibration here.
I feel a constriction here.
I feel a warmth here.
What do you notice in your body?
I feel an expansiveness.
I feel a yellow piece of wood.
Whatever it is,
Just notice the textures,
Notice the temperatures,
Notice the sensations are taking our brain out of it.
Breathe and notice where you are.
And we notice with unconditional love.
We were told that our sensations were wrong most likely when we were little.
Those people around us didn't know how to hold this space for the energy moving through us because they didn't have anybody holding the space for them.
But you get to do it now.
You get to heal now by holding space for yourself with understanding and compassion saying it's okay to feel what you feel.

Hello tension in my chest.
Hello energy in my throat.
Hello brown river moving down my leg.
Whatever it is for you.
I release judging you and I just let you be as you are as best as I can.
I'm just aware of you,
Noticing you,
With you.
Breathing and allowing.
Letting go of timing it.
It's huge.
Letting go of timing this energy.
You will release in your own time as I just allow this experience to be here.
Feeling safe to be human and feel as we all do.
And maybe in your own time as you do these meditations you want to sit with this energy a little longer.
But for right now we release our awareness of it knowing that we've allowed this ice to melt and this river starts to break up the pieces of ice and it starts to flow.
And as the sun comes out we don't need to be the sun.
We know that the river is just going to keep melting.
So that's what you've just done with your non-judgment.
You're the sun and it's starting to move and the energy is releasing even if it doesn't feel like it.
So you breathe and you just let this process to continue to work without your conscious awareness of it.
And we slowly move into I am a co-creator.
I didn't realize it and I'm realizing now that I want to create more what in my life.
What's the sensation?
What's the emotion?
So you inside of your own head intend it.
I want more of this feeling.
And I don't need to know how it will come into my life.
I just need to allow myself to consciously tune into the frequency of it by feeling this sensation now.
So I want you to give it your all for these last few moments and ask yourself has there been a time in my life when I felt this feeling even if it was a moment when I was four?
Just see what pops into your head.
Has there been a time when I felt love enough connection joy?
And if nothing comes into your head we use our imagination.
You know these feelings they live in you unconditionally for no reason at all because this is how we create.
Just let yourself feel the feeling that you want now using your imagination overriding logic.
Breathing into the sensation using your imagination to spark the feeling.
The most important thing is the feeling the energy the vibration.
And just let yourself for no reason at all expand in this sensation you want more of letting it move through the body expanding to feet around you on all sides breathing it in turning the volume up.
If you had to give this sensation of color what would it be?
It could be sparkly it could be cupcakes it could be red.
Let this color move through the whole body using the memory using your imagination.
What does it feel like to be this now before it happens?
Because you are a powerful co-creator in the quantum field of life drawing forth these atoms in the world around you.
As this is our birthright and no one told us turning the volume up to 100 letting this color move through the body expanding breathing it in welcoming this feeling.
Sending this out to the quantum field I don't need to know how this or something better.
As you bring your awareness back you are behind your eyes you're in your body your body is connected to the seat below you and you're breathing into the belly once more.
When you feel ready just start to stretch and wiggle out of the meditation shaking moving coming back knowing that you can come back to this process every day all day.
