Here with a short guided meditation to help you access and lean in to your inner wisdom.
So just settle yourself,
You could be sitting or lying down and allow the sound of my voice to guide you into a more powerful state of being.
Breathing in deeply and exhaling completely.
Keep doing this for several cycles,
Breathing in and out.
Now as you continue with these lovely,
Nurturing,
Nourishing deep breaths,
Just adjust your body into a comfortable,
Relaxed position.
Allowing your jaw and your shoulders to soften and relax.
Feeling any tension or tightness softening and draining away.
Draining away,
Falling down throughout your body,
All the way down through the soles of your feet.
And if you haven't already,
You can gently close your eyes and let the sound of my voice feel as if it was your voice,
Your own voice,
Flowing from a deep,
Deep well of inner wisdom within you.
Imagine this inner source as an infinitely flowing stream of calmness and quiet relaxation.
It moves throughout your whole body,
Taking away all concerns,
Dissolving old,
Limiting beliefs and habits.
It moves throughout your whole body,
Taking away all concerns,
Dissolving old,
Limiting beliefs and habits.
You're opening to a higher state of inner health and good feelings.
And in your imagination,
I invite you to move to a still deeper inner place of beauty,
Calmness,
And peace.
Notice that this serene,
Calm inner room is inviting and welcoming you.
It's as though something within is warmly,
Lovingly welcoming you home.
This quiet,
Reassuring,
Calming place is always available for your pleasure and your nurturing.
Now imagine all your thoughts slowing down and floating away.
It feels so amazing to become so,
So quiet.
To enter this inner sanctuary of peaceful being.
Just rest here for a while.
In this pleasant state of deep relaxation,
Start to notice a soft inner light that leads you to an image of your own true self.
It's as though you start to experience yourself in an inner mirror.
A mirror that shows you all that is the most positive and hopeful and purposeful in you.
Notice how strong and capable your inner self is.
How it's open to new ideas.
How it's able to instantly understand the best paths and highest and best ways to live.
Move with this inner image toward the source of that soft light.
Slowly following your inner self into a large space of wonder and awe.
Just see what you see.
Notice what you notice.
Hear what you hear.
And feel what you feel.
It sends a sweet fragrance and quiet,
Pleasing sounds.
Place yourself right in the middle of this space and become present to your inner self.
You don't need to take any mental action as your inner self fills you.
Fills you with knowledge and direction for your life.
Revealing your life's highest purposes and fulfillment.
Just be present and aware that it's happening.
Trusting that it's happening.
A sense of upliftment and deep happiness envelops you.
You feel deeply,
Deeply loved and appreciated.
Your inner self is the source of this warm embrace as you become aware of your best qualities,
Strengths and abilities.
You recognize and you feel within yourself that whatever you need to thrive and live successfully in every way will be with you whenever and wherever you are.
Breathe deeply and feel a great sense of gratitude to your core,
To your inner self for its gifts and its love.
Know that as you return to this time and this space that you can return for renewal,
For calmness,
For insight and for upliftment as often as you wish.
Your inner self is the realness of who you are.
A loving,
Inspired individual who uplifts others and makes a positive difference in this world.
Bringing with you your gifts of direction and purpose,
The deep sense of renewal,
The rejuvenation of your body and mind as you bring your awareness all the way back to where you're sitting or where you're lying.
Take a nice deep breath.
Wiggle your fingers and toes a bit,
A little bit.
And gently opening your eyes,
You can start to plan your next steps that will make your outer life a powerful expression of your true inner self.
And using all the wisdom and knowledge that you've now gained,
That you've now accessed for yourself.
