Hello,
This is Julie Scone.
Just as the seasons bring cold and new warmth,
Just as the sun rises and sets,
Just as the waves roll in and roll out,
So does our lives bring change.
We often want to run away and to hide in the unknown shadows of change.
But what if,
On the other side of embracing change,
Is peace and calm,
Hope and growth?
What if your heart opens in a new way and you see life through a new,
Beautiful lens?
What if,
On the other side of change,
Is wild and incredible experiences?
New adventures your soul has been longing to have?
New ways of discovering you?
What you love?
How you love?
What if,
On the other side of change,
You discover something new that fills your body with joy?
Something so profound that it brings tears to your eyes and you wonder how you ever lived without it?
What if,
On the other side of change,
Is a comfort you never knew could exist,
Where your body feels at ease and your mind is ignited with passion?
What if,
On the other side of change,
The fear subsides,
The stars shine and all is aligned?
Change,
As new and as different as it feels at times,
Is the natural order of the universe.
And when we embrace it with love,
Gentleness,
Kindness and divine surrendering,
Incredible beauty unfolds.
Gently close your eyes.
As you breathe air into your body,
Allow yourself to surrender.
Let the tension drift away.
Let worries melt into the earth.
And with every breath,
Fill yourself,
Sink in and simply be here.
As you continue to breathe,
Bring your hands to your heart center.
And I'm going to guide you through a few sentences.
And you will have a couple of minutes on each to either say to yourself or say it out loud.
Either way,
Let the answers just flow gently and with ease.
The first is,
I now release.
Again,
Allow the answers to flow.
I now release.
I now release.
I now release.
I now release.
I now release.
I now release.
I now release.
I now release.
I now release.
I now release.
I now release.
I now release.
I now release.
I now release.
I now release.
I now release.
And finally,
Finish this sentence,
I love.
I love.
I love.
