Hello and welcome to day 10 of the Mindful Morning Challenge here on Insight Timer.
My name is Jason McGrice and it is an absolute pleasure to be starting the day with you.
Today I'll be sharing with you a little bit about my morning routine and then guiding you through a meditation to heal any type of dis-ease in the body.
My morning routine has always been a little up in the air.
I can't say I'm consistent to any one thing apart from meditation,
But I do enjoy a dynamic approach to add elements that always sees new energy infused into my mornings.
My mornings are generally pretty early.
The first thing I like to do is get a big glass of warm water and drink it outside to ground and connect,
Breathing into the new day.
Then I come inside and meditate for 20 minutes.
From there I may jump on my bike or go for a run,
Perhaps a walk with the family.
And after these practices and times of connection,
I come inside and make some muesli,
Some fruits and yogurt for all of us.
Something that I've been doing lately while still lying in bed is a body scan over some of the injuries in my body that have taken place over the last while.
And as I know,
What we think about,
We bring about.
I've been bringing extra awareness into the thoughts that I think about when these injuries come to mind.
When I feel these aches and pains in my ankle,
My knee or my lower back,
There has been a new narrative that has been entering my field and it's been negative.
I logically don't believe these stories that I'm telling myself,
But my subconscious mind hears it all.
So I'm being proactive in my healing approach.
So to compassionately combat this dis-ease,
I have been running some new energies and affirmations through these particular areas to heal them.
And this meditation is an invitation for you to do the same.
There's a quote by Joe Dispenza that I love.
It says,
Warning,
When feelings become the means of thinking,
Or if we cannot think greater than how we feel,
We never change.
To change is to think greater than how we feel.
To change is to act greater than the familiar feelings of the memorized self.
I love this quote.
When I dip into these negative thought forms,
It's very disempowering.
And since I'm in the game of empowerment,
I feel like it's a very potent meditation practice for myself and for all of us.
Of course,
Some injuries are never going to look or feel the same as before,
But the mind is a miraculous thing.
And I do believe in miracles.
Now whether you are dealing with some type of ailment or disease or injury,
That is one thing.
But please be mindful,
You can use this practice for emotional pain or spiritual dis-ease.
So take the words lightly.
You can make them your own,
But use them powerfully and fiercely,
As your body deserves it.
Let's get started.
Today we are going to run three very supportive and persuasive affirmations through your body to start to shift and agitate even the most deeply seated thought forms.
Let's take a few deep breaths to get started.
Inhale belly rise.
Exhale belly falls.
Inhale belly rises towards the ceiling.
Exhale belly falls towards the spine.
Inhale and exhale.
Through your mind's eye,
Send an inquiry within the bounds of your body.
Pay attention to the physical elements commanding your attention.
Like little safety beacons sounding off their alarms and flashing their lights.
So often we skim past these signs to get on with our day and on with our life.
Grunting and bearing through this discomfort and dis-ease.
Today we shift our method of dealing to find resolve within the situation.
Let resolution land for your higher self,
Knowing that you are moving far beyond complacency.
Highlight the pain within your body for just a moment.
Intensify it.
In a matter of three seconds let all of the history,
The diagnosis and the narratives run.
Let the pain,
Inflammation and discord triple.
Take a deep breath in and let it go.
These following words,
Let them be the ointment needed,
The exact homeopathic self to infuse healing,
Frequency into these highlighted areas.
Take a deep breath in and out.
I release the desire upon any level to grant this physical pain and dis-ease access to my body.
I surrender to these healing frequencies.
I believe in miracles.
Heal me now.

Take a deep breath in,
Intensify the feeling in your body and let it go.
Deeper now.
I see,
Feel and know that the high vibrational energy running through my body is bringing me into balance.

Intensify the feeling in your body and let go.
Another level.
Let's go deeper.
