Wisdom flows through me like a river.
I speak my truth with no regret.
I'm exactly where I need to be,
Otherwise I would be elsewhere.
I let go of judgment towards myself.
I love and cherish myself the way I am.
I am open to receiving and flowing with the love within me and outside of me.
I let go of anything weighing me down.
I love and accept myself just the way I am,
Without any fear.
I let go of self-sabotage so I can welcome in greater flow,
Love and joy into my life.
Knowing that previous stories and beliefs that are weighing me down are not true,
I am open to receiving.
I am open to receiving myself.
My calling is what brings me joy.
So I step into my calling with great trust.
I come back to my trust,
To my intuition,
To my inner voice that had left me so long ago,
Or more like I had left it.
Beauty and abundance is my birthright.
Anything telling me otherwise is not true.
I observe it without pushing it away.
I acknowledge it,
See it and give it space.
For those are the parts of me that desire to be integrated back into me.
I am.
I am exactly where I need to be and allow myself to sink and relax into this knowing.
I choose to smile.
I choose joy.
I choose to be instead of doing.
I choose to be outside in nature and to sing and dance with people that bring me joy.
I am love.
I am lovable.
I am open to receiving love now.
I gather the feelings within me and I witness them with love and care.
I am who I am and I embrace who I am.
I am a sovereign,
Empowered being.
And so it is.
