I am a Psychotherapist, inspired by Buddhist teachings, utilising practices of mindfulness and meditation to help myself and those I work with to achieve optimum wellbeing. I have explored various paths to self discovery and found meditation to be one of the most helpful aids. I have been told by clients and friends that my voice is calming and grounding and as I enjoy writing and creating I thought I would publish some meditations and see if I could spread the love wider than my current circle.
