Stepping Into The Year Of Horse With Clarity

Soon the year of the horse begins bringing with it a call to action- a stepping up and stepping into ones power. But in order to do that, we need to release that which holds us back in old patterns, that which keeps us small and ineffective. This exercise seeks to take the listener on a journey to their inner world in areas of mind, heart and spirit, to reflect on what they are ready to shed and what they are ready to create and put into action, using the power of self inquiry and visualisation.
