
I Am Affirmations

Affirmations help us to retrain the way we think about ourselves. Thoughts are energy and energy creates life. If we can input more positive messages into our mind rather than an abundance of negative ones (thank you negativity bias!) we are in a better position to counteract self-doubt, poor self-worth and the inner critic. Though evidence is limited on the efficacy of affirmations I feel they do help most of us get out of a slump when we're stuck in one. Why don't you be the judge?!
