With over 15 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, she began her journey by focusing on the physical body—but soon realised that true, lasting change comes from within. Driven by a desire to support others more holistically, Jarka deepened her studies in the areas of psychosomatics, trauma, emotional healing, and the nervous system. Her training includes Psychosomatics, NLP, Life Coaching, CBT, and Personal Training—all of which inform her integrative approach to well-being. Jarka now works with clients internationally, helping them release emotional blocks, reconnect with their bodies, and experience transformation from the inside out.
