In this final lesson, we gently shift our focus forward. You’ve explored the inner voice that shaped you, and the shame that held you back, and now, it’s time to step into the version of you that you’re becoming.
Through deep reflection and visualisation, we’ll begin connecting with the future version of yourself — not just in how you look, but how you feel, move, and carry your energy. This is about meeting yourself with clarity, intention, and self-love… and taking the next step from that place.
