Integration - Bringing The Three Brains Together
In this final lesson, you will explore how the gut, heart, and head communicate and influence each other, creating harmony or fragmentation within the body. You’ll reflect on how signals from the body and emotions shape thoughts, and how tuning into all three brains can support regulation, clarity, and well-being. This lesson invites you to cultivate awareness of your internal communication and consider small ways to foster balance and alignment in daily life.
