Hi,
Welcome.
My name is Rachel Anne Watkins.
I'm the founder of the Live Your Raw Life platform.
Today I am taking you through a very simple but a very powerful meditation mantra practice.
This is the forgiveness practice and when we begin to expand and forgive,
Whether we are forgiving ourselves or forgiving others,
This mantra,
This meditation,
This practice is so very impactful.
We're going to do things a little different than a normal meditation so what I do need is you can sit or you can stand but please do not lie down for this meditation unless you just would like to receive.
If you would like to receive the forgiveness for yourself then that is fine to lay down.
Otherwise if you are going to be active in this practice it is important that you are seated or standing so that the chi within your body,
Within your being is not interrupted.
So as you're seated just come to a comfortable easy seat whether it's cross-legged on the floor or upright in a chair with your feet planted firmly on the ground.
Your head is loose but your spine is nice and tall and take a deep breath in and out of the nose.
One more time a deep breath and I invite you to close your eyes and you can say this out loud with me to begin our practice today.
Deep breath in.
I forgive you.
Please forgive me.
Bring love,
Peace and harmony.
Bring love,
Peace and harmony.
I forgive you.
Please forgive me.
Bring love,
Peace and harmony.
Bring love,
Peace and harmony.
I forgive you.
Please forgive me.
Bring love,
Peace and harmony.
Bring love,
Peace and harmony.
I forgive you.
Please forgive me.
Bring love,
Peace and harmony.
Bring love,
Peace and harmony.
I forgive you.
Please forgive me.
Bring love,
Peace and harmony.
Bring love,
Peace and harmony.
I forgive you.
Please forgive me.
Bring love,
Peace and harmony.
Bring love,
Peace and harmony.
I forgive you.
Please forgive me.
Bring love,
Peace and harmony.
Bring love,
Peace and harmony.
I forgive you.
Please forgive me.
Bring love,
Peace and harmony.
Bring love,
Peace and harmony.
I forgive you.
Please forgive me.
Bring love,
Peace and harmony.
Bring love,
Peace and harmony.
I forgive you.
Please forgive me.
I forgive you.
Please forgive me.
Bring love,
Peace and harmony.
Bring love,
Peace and harmony.
Take a deep breath in through your nose.
Allowing your attention to slowly come back into the room.
Bring your palms together and meet at your heart center.
Slowly drop your chin to your chest,
Taking a deep breath in and out.
Slowly blink your eyes open.
And as your hands fall into your lap,
Namaste.
Welcome back to your day.
This is a wonderful practice if there is something that you feel you've done.
If somebody has done something,
You feel somebody has done something to you.
Or you just feel a blockage or some disconnect in a relationship or a situation.
Just practice this forgiveness practice and you'll be surprised at what opens up as you do that.
Thank you for practicing with me today and we'll see you next time.
