Thank you for validating that being in the flow can happen in other places than on the mat. I know when I’m in the flow at work or when I’m feeling creative at home. I’m happiest and most fulfilled when I really embrace those times. It’s good, optimal energy that we, or at least I just do t have all the time. It’s special and when it happens, it’s awesome.
