This course is not to put your to sleep at night, but to help you throughout your day in destressing your mind and body. Today you will detangle your worries and be conscious of the things that you spend a lot of time endlessly worrying about. What are the things that make you anxious at night? Sometimes your worries are things that you can personally tackle and deal with. However, other times there's worries that preoccupy you that are not under your control. And no matter how hard you try, it's not within you to change the outcome. Today you will take the first step in accepting what is and finding peace no matter what is going on around you.

If you wish to maintain equilibrium in your life, then you need to gift your mind with a place in which it can rest and ground itself. There are times in life when you may feel as if your responsibilities can actually drown you. Anxiety and stress about all the things you have to do can overwhelm you, and sometimes it just doesn't seem to end. Today, I want to reflect on how you can live with your responsibilities without them feeling like a burden. You will able to take onboard everything that you need to do and also feel peace and energy.

Putting Yourself First
Do you put yourself first? How do you feel about saying no to others? Are you a people pleaser? This final lesson can can be one of the most difficult thing to master, especially for those who are empathic and sensitive. Most of us have been taught from a very young age that we should dedicate ourselves to other people and put other needs before our own. Today we will explore why it's important to put yourself first and meditate on treating yourself like you do others.
