September is a month of transition, carrying us from summer into autumn, from long days into lengthening nights. It is a season of both harvest and letting go, of gratitude and new beginnings. In this course, you will be guided through four seasonal themes: embracing transition, gathering your inner harvest, releasing with grace, and finding balance at the equinox. Each day includes a 22-minute teaching and a 22-minute guided meditation, allowing you to reflect deeply and embody the wisdom of the season. You may choose to follow one lesson per week throughout September, giving space for each theme to ripple into your life, or move at your own pace, returning whenever you need grounding, balance, or renewal. This course is part of a larger series designed to support you month by month, season by season, offering practices that harmonise with the natural cycles of life.

In this session, we explore the idea of the inner harvest, recognising the growth, lessons, and gifts that have emerged in your life so far this year. The teaching guides you to reflect with gratitude on what you’ve cultivated, while the meditation takes you on a journey into an inner orchard where you gather symbolic fruits of your efforts, achievements, and inner growth.

As the leaves begin to fall, September reminds us that release is part of life’s rhythm. In this session, we reflect on the art of letting go not as a failure or loss, but as a natural act of renewal. The teaching explores why it can be difficult to release habits, roles, or attachments, and how doing so creates space for new growth. The meditation then guides you into the presence of an autumn tree, where falling leaves carry away what no longer serves, leaving you lighter and freer.

The autumn equinox, which often falls in September, marks a moment of balance between day and night held in equal measure. This session explores how we can bring the same balance into our own lives, aligning body, mind, and spirit with the steady rhythm of the season. The teaching reflects on balance in daily life, while the meditation guides you into an inner landscape where light and shadow meet in harmony, helping you find steadiness at your own center.
