This course is an invitation to explore a limiting belief that might be shaping how you think, feel, and act — often without even realizing it. Together, we’ll go through a simple four-step process that I’ve used with many clients, which has helped them gain clarity, feel more connected to themselves, and shift long-held patterns. You’ll be gently guided to reflect on where your belief might have come from, how it shows up in your body and in your life, and what a more supportive belief could look like instead. Each lesson includes space for reflection, journaling, and body awareness. There’s no pressure to get it “right” — the course is designed to be something you can return to whenever you need. This is a space for you to understand who you truly are and take action to live by your own rules.

We all carry quiet beliefs about ourselves, often formed in childhood or during stressful moments. In this lesson, we’ll explore what limiting beliefs are, how they show up in everyday life, and why it’s worth taking a closer look at them.

Where Did This Belief Begin?
Every belief has a starting point. Today, we’ll slow down and reflect on where your belief might have first formed — a memory, a moment, or a feeling. You’ll be guided through a journaling practice to connect with this origin with care and curiosity.
Lezione 3
How Is This Belief Shaping Your Life?
Now that you’ve identified your belief, we’ll explore how it influences your daily experiences — in relationships, work, self-talk, or decision-making. You’ll be invited to journal about the ripple effects of this belief and gently reflect on what it has cost you, and maybe what it’s protected you from.

How The Belief Feels In Your Body
Beliefs don’t live in the mind alone — they often show up as tension, avoidance, or emotional responses. In this lesson, you’ll gently connect to how your chosen belief feels in your body. This awareness brings clarity and softens reactivity.
Lezione 5
What Is The Alternative Belief You’re Ready To Live By?
We’ll close the course by creating space for something new — a belief that’s more aligned with who you are now. You’ll reflect on what you need, what feels true, and how to carry this new belief with you, not as a quick fix, but as a quiet practice over time.
