We all know trauma is stored in the body, Chinese Medicine says that each emotion is stored in a different organ/meridian. With these meditations, you will learn where your emotions are held and how it feels in your body to experience them. When you feel your feelings you also begin to release them naturally and heal. Clearing out stored emotions and stories stops you from living in the past and instead allows you to be more present naturally.
Annabel is a practitioner who focuses on the mind-body connection. She helps you understand and release stored energy in the body using Chinese medicine principles. During these meditations, she will guide you to release what your body has been holding onto, helping you to feel and accept your emotions allowing that stored energy to release.
