These are some affirmations so that you can have the best day possible.

You can do these while you're getting ready,

Sitting down,

Whatever feels right for you.

I'm gonna say the affirmation and then get you to repeat it after me.

The most important part is adding a feeling and energy to it.

Adding excitement,

Adding joy,

Adding gratitude and so that you in your cells in your body can feel this and therefore the rest of your day you are matching this energy because how we start the day is how we set the tone for the rest of it.

So let's get started.
