Crystal Care with Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls

Crystal Care is a valuable resource for your healing bag where you will be guided to receive energy medicine to cleanse your crystals and learn how to connect to a crystal of your choice through meditation. To support your experience you will be invited to reflect on your approach to meditation and in the final session you will receive a sound blessing and attunement calling in your wisdom, intuition and spirit guides. Throughout this course, you will receive the healing frequencies of alchemy crystal singing bowls (via background sound and immersion in Lessons 3 and 7). These transformational tools cover all the main energy centers of the body and are sourced from Crystal Tones and include four Morph bowls. These are bowls that have been through a rebirthing process making them very powerful as they have been through their own healing process. Lezione 1

The Journey

In this lesson, you get a feel for the journey you are about to embark on and the importance of energy hygiene when partnering with crystals. You are directed to intuitively choose a crystal for the mediation featured in Lesson 5 of the course and you will explore, how to know when to cleanse your crystals. Different methods of cleansing are mentioned and why the use of sound offers benefits.

Lezione 2

Preparing to Cleanse with Sound

Here we move through a few simple steps as we prepare for the crystal sound cleanse in Lesson 3. Some background on Alchemy Crystal Sound is provided together with how the cleansing track was created by weaving together the Selenite and Divine Mother Alchemy bowls, the sound of water and the timing of when it was recorded to align with a New Moon in Taurus.

Lezione 3

Selenite Crystal Care Sound Transmission

In this session, you and your crystals will receive the cleansing sound frequencies of the Selenite and Divine Mother Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls together with the sound of running water recorded on the New Moon in Taurus. The recording was created with intention, by connecting to Divine energy to support all crystals and those who listen. Allow yourself to relax as receive these frequencies, gently following the movement of your breath and remember to have your window open allowing an energetic route for unhelpful energy to leave and be transmuted back to source.

Preparing to Meditate with Your Chosen Crystal

Following you and your crystal's energy cleanse we go over some pointers to get the most from your meditation experience in the following lesson with your chosen crystal. There is a space of reflection at the end of this session to consider your personal intentions for the meditation to follow.

Lezione 5

Meditation and Programming with Intention

In this session, you will be guided in meditation with your chosen crystal. It's worth reflecting on the intention you want your crystal to hold for you prior to the session so that there is a clear focus in the session. As you develop your sensitivity and trust your intuition more and more this communication will feel more clear and familiar. You might want to keep a piece of paper handy to take notes after the session. (The frequencies accompanying this track are Emerald, Sunstone and the Divine Mother alchemy crystal singing bowls).

Lezione 6

Reflections on Meditating with Crystals

In this lesson, we reflect on how every meditation will different when we meditate with crystals. We also look at what can come up during mediation and how to deepen our experience through journalling and noticing if we have moved into the thinking mind.

Lezione 7

Crystal Sound Blessing

In this final session, you will receive a crystal sound blessing. It is recommended to lay down so that you feel really easeful. You will call in your spirit guides and benevolent energy to hold space for you as integrate the energy from the last lessons.
