A gift on International Women's Day.

My initial approach to this gift was to have the music that will soon be played as background to a guided meditation.
However,
On discussing this with Craig Pruess,
I was very much reminded and agree that the prayer is best left in its simplicity.
So I sat and felt into,
When I turned to this music,
To this prayer.
I play the music every day to pay respect and as a reminder of the divine feminine,
The goddess that resides within me and her many and changing aspects.
I know that I've humbled myself to the prayer,
Especially in difficult times.
Times when I've needed to be held by a mother energy.
Times when I've wanted to turn away from the harshness of the world and sometimes to soothe the harshness within me,
The inner critic.
I've turned to this music when I've wanted to call upon the strength and power within myself and also when I just wanted to sit and drop my rolls to just be and allow myself to receive.
I listen to this music when I send out light into the world.
When paying respect to women and men who embrace the power of their feminine energy.
I go to this prayer to remind and congratulate myself and women of the courage,
Strength and power within us.
And this is for all women that came before this time and the ones that will follow.

The mother divine energy that resides in each and every one of us.
