Just allowing yourself a moment to notice how you are holding your body,
So you're not judging,
You're just noticing how it feels,
How it's held.
Noticing is feeling and seeing things just as they are right now,
Without having to change it or respond to any thoughts about it.
So allow yourself to take a deep inhalation and hold the breath for a few seconds and then open the mouth and let the air gush out and allow your breath to have its own natural rhythm.
Notice your shoulders and how they feel,
How they're held.
Notice your jaw,
Your tongue,
Your chest,
Your belly,
The hips,
The legs,
Your feet.
Notice your body's weight pressing into the space beneath you,
Not having to change anything that's occurring right now,
But just very kindly noticing.
Notice the rise and fall of the breath,
How it moves all by itself,
How your out breath is kind of offering you this opportunity to just naturally soften.
Just notice how your body responds to the out breath.
Just take a moment,
Continue to notice your body,
Your breath,
Just as they are without judging or having to change anything.
Allow yourself to rest in this way until the music fades.
