Hi everyone.
Just allowing yourself to settle.
Find a position that really feels comfortable for you.
So if you're sitting up,
Maybe leaning into something behind you.
So you don't have to hold yourself.
And if you're lying down,
Just really beginning to feel the space beneath you.
Just easing into a sense of being supported.
And as you do this,
Just notice the rise and fall of your breath.
That gentle movement of the breath.
Just allow yourself to stay with that feeling of the breath.
Just how it lifts and the way it falls.
Just allow your awareness to really notice the out-breath and the space at the end of the out-breath.
It's like a pause.
And just allow that pause on that end of the out-breath to be an invitation to continue to settle.
Just reconnecting with that sense of easefulness in your body.
And as you rest in this way,
Just allow your awareness to move into the heart space.
So you're still noticing that rise and fall of the breath,
But you're noticing it from the heart space.
So you're watching,
Just observing from that space.
Just in the heart space,
I want you to just silently whisper your words of what it is that you're seeking to release or what you're seeking support with.
It might be a situation.
It might be some sort of phase that you're going through,
Emotions that have been coming up recently.
It might be patterns,
Habits.
Just dropping those intentions into your heart space.
Just your heartfelt prayers for yourself.
And just reflecting what it is that you're calling in for your highest good and the good of all.
So it's like a I am statement.
So it could be I am peaceful or I move gracefully through this situation that I'm facing.
I am more and more aware every day of my healing,
My strength,
The abundance in my life.
So whatever calls to you,
Just allow those to drop into your heart space,
Like you're dropping a pebble into a lake.
Just allowing those intentions to ripple out to the edges of your being.
And as you rest in the heart space,
I want you to visualize a nourishing light.
So whatever color feels right for you,
Whatever's coming up for you.
And if you're not sure,
Just imagine a white or a golden light.
And it can be more than one color,
Whatever feels right,
Whatever's coming up.
Imagine things that it feels nourishing.
And as you breathe,
Just allow that light,
Just imagine it expanding into the whole of your body,
Right up to the top of your head,
The throat and the back of the neck,
Deep into the shoulders,
Down the arms,
The fingers and the thumbs.
Just move back into the shoulders to see if you can soften them a little bit more.
And just offer that softness up to the jaw,
The insides of the mouth,
The forehead,
The eyes and the backs of the eyes,
The whole of the head.
Allow that sense of light and softening to ripple down from the head down the spine into the whole of the back.
And then let it expand so that it moves to the front of the body,
To the chest,
The heart,
The lungs,
The ribs,
The liver,
Spleen,
The pancreas,
Deep into the belly,
The digestive organs,
Deep into the stomach.
The ball of the belly,
The light moving into the pelvis,
The hips,
The buttocks moving down the legs,
To the feet and toes until the whole of your being is resting in that beautiful nourishing light and it extends beyond the edges of your skin so that you're held in a ball of nourishing light.
Nothing to do now but to receive the sound,
Just a blessing to yourself.
Still noticing the rise and all of your breath.
Still holding that image of resting in a nourishing ball of light.
Giving gratitude for all the energy that's coming to support you today.
All the support you've received in your lifetime.
Just aware of your heart space,
Just sensing or evoking a deep sense of kindness towards yourself.
And then just filling your ball of light with that deep feeling of kindness towards yourself.
What does it feel like to be kind towards yourself?
How does that feel in the body?
Reminding every single cell of your being of that deep sense of kindness towards yourself.
How nourishing it is when you rest in that way.
Just noticing the rise and fall of your breath.
And it's as though you're breathing in kindness,
Breathing out kindness.
Just allowing the image of light to move into your body.
Move into the background as you just focus on that sense of breath in the body.
Feeling the space beneath you where your body touches the earth.
Become aware of your fingers and toes.
Just bring really subtle movement into those places.
Slowly deepening the breath and as you do just introducing movement to the hands and feet.
Just beginning to stretch out into your body,
Just feeling the expanse of your body.
Just feeling the weight of the body.
So we're shifting back in the more subtle sense of your being and we're just recognising the physical form,
Just allow yourself to really feel that as you stretch.
Always giving gratitude to yourself for showing up for yourself.
All is well.
All is well.
