What Is Consciousness & Multidimensional Consciousness?
Consciousness is the creative intelligence in everything. It is the energy that give you the sensation and awareness of Being, through which you have experiences. In consciousness, there is a center of awareness - a nucleus of Being, an intelligence that perceives, that takes in and processes information no matter how small or large, or how slow and fast. Consciousness is a form of multidimensional electromagnetic energy.
Science is still struggling with describing and defining consciousness, mostly out of fear of entering the plane of pseudo-science or religion.
But deep in your heart, you can experience directly because you are consciousness. Your whole being is consciousness, and your consciousness is multidimensional, which means that it has many different layers of experience and perception.
Your human consciousness in thinking, feeling, and acting is focused on your personality and its experiences.
Your Higher Consciousness is the bridge to your multidimensional experience and being, namely the connection to your Universal Essence and Source. The Universal Source is the heart of the universe, the cosmic creative intelligence. By tuning into this, you radiate your human consciousness with your greater knowing and being experience. Thus, you expand your human experience with your timeless consciousness - the consciousness of the earth, the Milky Way, and the universe.

Connecting To Source: Your Energetic Connection To Your Universal Essence & The Heart Of Creation
The origin of consciousness and the entire field of creation of our universe is the intelligence in which everything lives: Source. It is the heart and brain of the entire body of creation, one might say. The entire universe with everything that lives and moves in it is like a body of this intelligent consciousness. This is an energy, a force, but also an intelligence and being. Everything is an expression of this, including you and your consciousness.
You have your own unique experience and free will within the larger whole that carries everything. Your connection to Source is your Universal Essence and so that is your deepest core. Connecting to this gives you deep peace, love, connection, creativit, and fulfillment. Therefore, it is important in your daily meditations to connect with Source and your Universal Essence.

Your Sacred Space: The Sphere Of Unique Physical Energy Around You
Your human life is an expression and, in a sense, an extension of your Universal Essence. It sends a particle of itself into this human incarnation. The energy of your essence translates itself in a complex way such that it can connect to a human body.
Your physical body is nourished and carried by the physical energy of your original being. This forms as a sphere around you of about 1.5. meters, seen from your heart. This ball of energy should only contain your unique energy frequencies and your connection to Source - nothing else.
However, it often happens that there are all kinds of other energies in your Sacred Space. Like old thoughts, emotions, other people's energy, entities, and collective ballast.
It is important to remove these energies and to keep your Sacred Space clean and aligned with your Higher Self and Source. The outer edge of your Sacred Space is the frequency of your Higher Self. It is the connection to your Universal Essence.

Your Higher Self: Your Connection To Your Universal Essence & Source
Your Higher Self is a particular part of your consciousness energy. The part from 734 hertz to about 1000 hertz in the speed of consciousness energy (for example in the vibrations of sound waves). Your daily waking consciousness is, on average, about 200 Hertz. If you are very inspired, it is higher at about 600 Hertz.
Your Higher Self is the outer edge of your Sacred Space. It is about 1.5 meters around you. When you attune to that and you purify your energy and raise your vibration to above 734 Hertz, you make contact with your Higher Self.
This connection with your Higher Self is like opening a gate to your Universal Self and your multidimensional consciousness. You then click, as it were, into the field of your infinite universal possibilities and connections. Then, you have access to the infinite field of knowing and life force of your Universal Essence.
So your Higher Self is a connection, a bridge between your human waking consciousness and personality and your Universal Essence. It is important to develop this connection a lot and in such a way that its energy and frequency is permanently active within you. Thus, you are constantly in connection with the Universal Self and then embody your soul qualities and the love and presence of your Source connection.

Ask & Intend Method: Receive The Support Of Your Higher Self & The Source By Receiving It
Free will is a sacred principle in the universe. The own choice and creative power of every intelligent being cannot and must not be compromised. After all, this is the basis of creation. Through free will and own choices, beings can make creative choices with the possibilities of their universal consciousness. This ensures development. Because if there were no free choice and free will, everything would be pre-programmed and everything would be fixed. That is not how creation works. There is infinite growth, variation, and development of consciousness, within the gigantic field of Cosmic Intelligence of which your consciousness is a particle.
On planet Earth the free will of people has come under pressure and has been manipulated via devious methods.
Relative to your Higher Self, your personal consciousness has free will and choice. The consequence is that if you want something from your Higher Self and your Universal essence e.g. in the form of energy, inspiration, guidance, and love, you have to ask for it.
Your question and your openness to receive are therefore the key to that which you call for and can receive. That is why it is said, "Ask and you shall receive". The reason for this is the sanctity of free will.
Therefore, it is important to ask your Higher Self and Universal Consciousness and Source for what you want.
You ask and set your intention and thus direct your focus to what you choose and want. It is also important to really allow the energy to come to you, and be open to the answer and the energy you are asking for.
In the meditation and music that accompanies this episode, you will experience the ask and intend method that I use and you will be able to work with it.

Energetic Block: Clearing Old Mental & Emotional Stagnations
Thoughts and emotions are forms of energy. Energy with a low vibration, below 734, is linked to the personality and remains linked until it is undone. These thoughts and emotions may float around in the collective field of humanity, but often accumulate in your own energy field and form there into larger clusters of stagnant energy. These clusters gradually form into blockages in your body and this results in illness and depression.
Intentions and energy of your Higher Self above 734 Hertz are open, free, and breathes with the creative intelligence of the universe. This energy does not clump and therefore never forms into blockages.
You clear blocking and old mental and emotional energy as you have created it, with your intention. Even though many thoughts and emotions are created unconsciously and often in response to impulses from the environment and through unconscious collective influences, it is important to clear them consciously. The main reason for this is that by becoming aware of patterns in your human life, you gain mastery over them and that is the deeper purpose of your human incarnation.

The New Earth Grid Next To The Old: What Do You Choose?
The earth is a living and conscious being. It has a structure of consciousness in which there is, among other things, the time-and-space structure of the planet. But there are also communication structures that ensure that the earth is connected to the solar system, the Milky Way, the entire universe, and Source. There are also energetic transport structures that allow light beings to travel energetically to the earth and to leave the earth. All of these structures are different types of light tubes linked through zero point centers.
This gigantic network is a grid system around the earth and goes deep into the earth. You could think of it as a huge neural network of the earth, a kind of brain structure. This whole thing is called the earth grid.
The entire universe is filled with these kinds of grids that are all seamlessly linked together through the zero points, if all goes well.
The evolution of the earth is guided by highly developed beings who oversee and carry the entire consciousness development of a planetary system, as it were.
It has happened on the earth that such beings have done an experiment and disconnected the planet, themselves and the young human race from the greater whole. The earth grid has become disturbed as a result and the connections have been largely severed. The result is the creation of a separated consciousness and unconscious collective filled with fear, sadness, loneliness, and war.
To support the evolution of the earth and to do justice to the free will of these beings and every living being, help has come from Source. This is a Divine Intervention, which I call the Divine Plan. The Christ presence 2,000 years ago was the beginning of the Dispensation. As part of the Divine Plan, a completely new earth grid has been designed which is fully active since 2012. So now, the earth has an old earth grid that has been disrupted and filled with the collective unconscious and a new one that is connected to Source and the entire universe.
Our body and DNA and human consciousness has become separated from the Universal Essence and Source through a long evolution of manipulation. But now, with the new earth grid there is a quick solution and you can instantly purify your energy, raise your vibration, connect to your Higher Self, and Universal Essence and Source.
All you have to do is choose consciously, for your free will and choice matter. They are sacred.

Your Universal DNA & Your Human DNA: How The Universal Essence Works Deep Into Your Physical Body
You translate your universal consciousness and energy into your physical body. This is done through your Universal DNA. This is a certain kind of energy and consciousness code from your Universal Essence that you take with you for your human incarnation. Your Universal DNA can be seen as a kind of living light structure filled with geometric codes and frequencies that breathes the consciousness of your Greater Being, your Universal Essence.
Your Universal DNA passes its energy through resonance to your human DNA that you receive through your parents. Depending on the interaction between your universal and human DNA, the information can be passed on. Thus, your human body and life can integrate the information and consciousness of your Higher Self.
In your meditations, you can tune in to your Universal DNA and support its resonance in your human body. Important for this is the clearing of stagnant energy and blockages so that the high multidimensional frequencies can optimally work through in your human DNA and physical body.

Create Your New Reality From Your Universal Essence By Tuning In & Choosing To Create New
Focus and intention direct your creative energy and thus, are the basis of your experience and what experiences you attract. So, what you focus on is what you amplify and experience and then also start to attract more. The life you want to live are shaped by the choices you make. If you choose in harmony with your inner compass and from your Higher Self and the purpose of your life, then you will feel fulfillment and inner peace. If you make choices that deviate from this or go against it, then you experience deep within yourself an inner dissatisfaction and unrest. Your inner compass gives you signals that something is not right. It is not always easy to discover what is wrong. Therefore, it is wise to tune in as much as possible to your Higher Self and your Universal Essence. That is who you really are and what wants to express itself in your human life and experience.
When your human choices, intentions, and focus are carried by the wisdom and intelligence of your Universal Essence, your life breathes inner harmony with your greater consciousness. Regardless of outer circumstances, you then experience greater happiness and contentment with who you are and where you are. You then feel connected. Your inner creative power is expressed. Your "being" becomes what you do and how you shape your life. Your soul qualities can then flow optimally because there are no barriers in your personality. Regularly tuning into your inner connection and following this inner connection and compass in the choices you make, makes you redesign your life and experience it anew.
Lezione 10
You Are The Universe: You Are A Holographic Replica Of The Entire Universe
Right down to the smallest particle, right down to the most miniscule of substances, you find a complex whole of coherence and even much smaller particles. You could say that your body is a universe of living connections - organisms that make up your body and where each in itself has its own existence and development and function. Everything in everything, a great living web of connection, of forms diversity and of consciousness.
Seen from Universal Consciousness, everything lives and moves in and through the creative intelligence. Like a creative fabric, it sustains everything and breathes in and through it. The entire universe is like a hologram in which the smallest particles are based on the principles of the whole but each in its unique way, function, form, and place.
Your consciousness is an expression of the Cosmic Mind, the intelligence of Source. Your soul qualities are the garb of the Soul of Creation, the Universal Mother. Your physical energy and life force are an expression of the Body of Creation, the Physical Energy of Source. The structures of your Universal DNA and your Universal Essence join and are coherent with the universal grids. You have your own consciousness and free will in this big picture and yet, you are one with it.
In this meditation, experience how the universe breathes into and through you when you are coherent with it and you can experience a deep inner connection, love, and peace.
