The mantra is dissolving all the egoic perceptions preventing you to experience oneness and connection with all. Your heart can fully open and blossom to radiate happiness. Mantra For Happiness & Peace
In this session you will continue to fully immerse in the energetic field of this sacred formula as you chant this mantra for happiness and peace. You will begin to learn how you can contribute to your own happiness and the happiness of others around you. The mantra awakens compassion and peace.

Happiness Insights
In this session you will dive deeper in the waters of true happiness. Contemplation on "happiness insights" is offered, understanding that sometimes we create our own suffering by sticking to fixated ideas and the need to be right. Enjoy the happiness of being open to change and love. Love is joy.

Sound & Vibration
In this session we continue to have a deeper experience of chanting and the power of sound and vibration. We contemplate also on how we depend on external conditions to be happy, and on how to cultivate happiness within. Meditating on Lokah Samastah every day, you are creating transformative shifts in your consciousness, energy, and experience. You are happiness and peace.

Deeper Into Sound Vibration
In this session you will learn that as we move deeper into pure sound vibration, your true nature reveals itself as the abundance of joy. When we are actively seeking for happiness outside, we forget that happiness is at our core. We will reflect on the power of loving kindness and awareness of our thoughts, words, and actions to live in harmony and peace.

Harmony
In this session you will learn how to have more harmony in your life and with others. By the power of your daily practice and mantra repetition, you can now experience many changes in your interactions and a new, fresh way to experience life. Bliss, peace, contentment, and calm are results of honoring your commitment to returning to your heart, the source of happiness.
Lezione 9
Day 9 'Mantra Journey to Happiness'
In this session you keep dissolving resitances, negativity and feelings of sadness and loneliness into the sound vibration. The mantra is now internalized and you can even find yourself during the day returning naturally to this meditation. A powerful insight invites you to reflect on how happiness is really a choice. We are responsible for our happiness. There's a sense of more solidarity and generosity towards others. You are happy and sharing your light with those in darkness.

Day 10 'Mantra Journey to Happiness'
In this session you will contemplate how being bappy is really a choice. There's more space and openess as you keep chanting the mantra every day. You feel more freedom. The mind is calmer and stable. You learn to be in the here and now, with no expectations about the future or clinging to the past. Lokah Samastah invites you to be fully alive in the present moment.

Day 11 'Mantra Journey to Happiness'
In this session learn letting go of 'when' and 'if' as conditions for your happiness. All we have is here and now. That’s the only real thing. The source of happiness. No need to postpone. Chanting meditation, mantras, are all tools to be fully present in this moment. Lokah Samastah opens the door to be free from suffering. See if there's a problem here and now.

Day 12 'Mantra Journey to Happiness'
In this session, as you continue to immerse deeply on the mantra, you learn how the need to control life is controlling you. As you begin to trust the natural way life unfolds without your ‘supervision’, you see everything flows beautifully with much harmony and peace. Release tension, stress and conflict. Learn to meet life with an open and fresh attitude so each day becomes an invitation for a new adventure.

In today's session you will contemplate on the simple things that bring you happiness and how “It is very simple to be happy, but it is very difficult to be simple.” Contemplation deepens your understanding and open up your heart to act, think and speak with loving kindness.

Day 14 'Mantra Journey to Happiness'
In this session you learn the importance of becoming aware of the quality of our thoughts as the key to a happy life. Mind is not something negative, it’s an expression of consciousness and allows us to function on so many levels. As we practice stillness and presence, we become more detached from these mental afflictions and can simply observe them. The mantra is awakening the miracle of a completeness in just being you.

Day 15 'Pathway to Happiness'
In this session you will reflect on how looking for approval, recognition, acceptance will not give lasting happiness. Chanting the mantra is revealing the one consciousness, and the true self, rather then comforting the personality. 'You are not merely a drop in the ocean, but the entire ocean on a drop'. Happiness is your true nature and it radiates from within.

Day 16 'Mantra Journey for Happiness'
In this session you will learn to allow your own ‘happiness insight’ to emerge. All you have to do is contemplate in silence. Look inside your heart and allow this voice to speak to you naturally from this quiet space within. Chanting the mantra is revealing your inner guidance, wisdom and strenght.

Day 17 'Mantra Journey for Happiness'
In this session I offer you tools to connect with your inner guidance and the source of happiness through silent contemplation. Also you learn the importance of keeping a journal and sharing with others your experiences in this journey. The mantra flows throughout your entire system and reminds you of your true essence during the day, allowing and noticing what comes up and whatever is present to emerge and dissolve. Without attachment or resistance to what is only passing by. 'You are the sky, the rest is just the weather'.

Day 18 'Mantra Journey for Happiness'
In this session we celebrate the consistency to continue on this journey and reflect on the benefits of a daily practice. You are probably feeling more light, peaceful and happy. Awareness of what is epxerienced without judgement or criticism. No need to evaluate your process or be the judge of your own transformation. Learning to allow your real Self to witness and simply rest in this open space and silence where you can observe everything with loving kindness.

In today's session you will be guided to bringing the attention to your speech. Reflection in the power of words and how the way we communicate with others and even with ourselves can add more pain or happiness to this world. Learn to invite kind words and affirmations towards yourself. See how it awakens happiness within and how sending good wishes and prayers to your loved ones or to the entire world brings so much peace and joy.

In today’s session you will learn to bring the attention towards your actions. Reflecting on the impact of your actions and how they can bring you happiness and also contribute to the happiness of all. Learn to invite a kind action and see how it awakens happiness within. It doesn’t have to be something big. Start with something that feels possible to you. The mantra is awakening simplicity and contentment. 'The purpose of your life is to be happy'.

In this final session I wish to remind you that we can really be the change we wish to see. There’s so much happiness within. Allow this final day of chanting the mantra to reveal your inner light, joy and peace. A contemplation on what it means for you to have a happy life is offered and some guidelines to continue with this mantra practice or any other mantra meditation as part of your daily life.
