Meet your Teacher

PAZ is a devotional artist sharing sacred music and mantras as part of her spiritual path. Her voice is almost hypnotic, radiating love, healing, and peace. A spiritual seeker, she felt inclined to pray from a very early age. Her grandmother, a gifted soprano, introduced her to sacred chanting in church. Raised by a Christian mother and a Jewish father, she learned to respect and appreciate all spiritual traditions, with the freedom to choose her own path. She resonated deeply with the Eastern philosophies and started practicing Tibetan Buddhism in her early twenties. She immersed herself fully in retreats, received teachings, empowerments and ritual transmissions of mantras from renowned Masters, including H.H Dalai Lama. Music awakened again in recent years when she found her Spiritual Master Mooji, of Advaita Vedanta tradition. Inspired by the transformational power of the devotional chants and bhajans shared after these Satsangs she found her voice and true Self. Her debut album 'Inner Light', emerged naturally from Self Inquiry and was released on April 2017, including chants from different spiritual traditions and reflecting the depth of her eighteen years formal practice with mantras and meditation. PAZ shares her music and bhakti on Insight Timer, through concerts, kirtan circles, mantra workshops, and retreats.

I usually refer to this mantra as “a gate to miracles” since it really gives you direct access to Divine Grace in whatever situation you need to be assisted. As we dive deeper into the practice of chanting the divine names, you find yourself more connected and open. You can really feel this presence as you surrender to this true, divine space within. Grace is no longer an abstract concept. You are in the perfect place to receive infinite blessings: the heart itself.

In this session we will learn the traditional Mantra of Lord Krishna. This devotional mantra will heal your heart wounds, the pain and sorrow, by connecting you with the infinite source of supreme and unconditional love. Chanting the Mahamantra grants you peace, God realization, freedom and fills your heart with deep inner contentment and happiness. Lokah Samastah for Peace

In this session we will learn a mantra that brings calm, serenity and blessings to yourself and to the world. It also helps developing an open, kind attitude, from a wider perspective. Now we can really drop the concept of a separated identity facing “challenges” in daily life. We can see the illusion of it. Each being, situation or obstacle, hard as it may seem, is in service to your awakening. Bless the mirror. Bless the world by chanting this mantra. Thank you, this course was lovely. I learned so much about different mantras and how to apply them to daily situations. Paz is lovely and has a beautifully resonant voice. I was hoping that there would be more chanting the mantras together - after much talking and explaining there is only a very quick and short chanting of the mantra together, which felt far too short. So I consider this a foundational education and now I know which mantras to go look for to chant. Paz does mention a few of the mantras can be found on her channel, and I will look for the others on Insight Timer or the internet. Thank you Paz and blessings to all! ❤️

I really enjoyed doing this course. I did the mantra challenge and, after that, this was my second experience with mantras. My knowledge was close to none. I loved the way the course is delivered and learning and chanting all different mantras as a form of prayer but alsolearning about them. The written mantras really helped. AndI am sure, it will be useful to use the mantras in each situation needed later on. Very grateful for this course 💞🙏

Thank you for sharing these mantras. I learned a lot from your explanations and descriptions. I found that two or three minutes of chanting was good for getting the words and your melodies, but wasn’t enough for me to absorb and feel the meaning of each mantra.
