Cosa imparerai
Agnihotra, ie Agni is derived from ang, which indicates a strong and luminous movement and Hotra is an offering, together translating as an offering to Agni. Agni is a significant deity in Hinduism and many other religions, representing fire, transformation, and purification. In Vedic texts, Agni is considered the messenger between the human world and Devas (Gods), carrying offerings from earth to the celestial realm. Agni is seen as a symbol of life force, energy, willpower, and concentration. The ritual is performed at specific timings of sunrise and sunset, involving the offerings of ghee and grains into a specially prepared fire while chanting ancient Sanskrit Mantras.

Very interesting course. I'd heard about the fire ceremony from studies of Hindu spirituality but knew nothing about the ritual. The course was very informative and easy to follow.
