Welcome to one minute simply meditating.

Sit quietly in a chair with your feet touching the ground.

Adjust your spine so it's aligned,

Eyes closed.

Feel the point where your feet touches the ground,

The connection between them.

Visualize the earth layers below you.

Know that you are grounded,

Connected,

Part of the Earth's system.

And be grateful for allowing yourself this moment of self-love.
