Hello, this is a meditation for a deep sleep. It starts with a powerful and easy massage around the eyes, then we relax with a body scanner. The point of the meditation is to pay attention to your eyes, to notice that once you can truly relax them, your whole body follows it. And it's a fast way to fall asleep. I hope you all enjoy it. The meditation per se is 10 minutes long, then its just music that helps you to sleep. I appreciate if you can leave a feedback, it helps me a lot! Much love to all

Hello and welcome to another meditation for a deep and relaxing sleep.

Make yourself comfortable.

Let's start by lying on your back,

Aligning your spine,

Closing your eyes.

Allow your breathing to get deeper and deeper.

Don't force it,

Allow it.

With consciousness bring your hands to your eyes and with your fingers slowly massage the entire region of the eyepiece.

Start with the upper eyelids that cover the eyes,

Small circular movements.

It's not necessary to put lots of pressure.

Going down to the lower eyelids now,

Make sure it's covering the entire surface of the eyeball.

And now going to the lower muscles,

The region just below the eyelids,

Always in circular movements and completing the circle around the eyes,

The region below the eyebrows.

Remember that's not necessary to exercise much pressure.

And with a deep breath let your hands relax by your side,

Palms facing up.

Keep your attention in the eyes.

Feel that this energy of relaxation was and is welcome.

Feel that all the muscles of the eyes relax,

That the force of gravity acts on your eyes and there's no resistance.

Note that your whole face follows the example of the eyes,

Your forehead relaxes,

Your jaw,

Your tongue inside your mouth,

The muscles from your cheeks.

Now your neck relaxing,

Shoulders,

Arms,

Hands.

All of your back going deeper and deeper into the mattress below it.

Your legs relaxing.

Your feet surrender to deep relaxation.

Bringing attention back to your eyes,

Focus on keeping them still and relaxed.

If you notice any tension,

Make necessary adjustments,

Breathing deeply.

Observe if your eyelids touch softly,

There is no need to force it.

Your whole body is calm and practically still.

The only movement is the breathing that dictates the rhythm of relaxation.

Relax your eyes and your body will follow.

Relax your eyes and your mind will calm down.

Allow your eyes to guide you to a deep and refreshing sleep.

Good night and good rest.

That was lovely, so soothing for my painful eyes. Would love one with more relaxation guidance too 🙏 😊

This is just what I needed. This meditation guided me into a relaxed state and helped me fade away into a deep sleep. I even had a dream that I can barely remember so I must have been into a good deep sleep.
