Hello, this is a short meditation that you can do at any time of the day. It's a simple way for you to "reset" and release any kind of tension you might be feeling today. I hope you all enjoy it for it was made with love. In this one-minute meditation series, you will see that it's possible to center your mind in a very short time. Practicing short meditations is great for beginners. Soon you will be able to center your mind for longer periods. Background music from Ben Sound

Transcript

Welcome to one minute simply meditating.

Sit quietly in a chair with your feet touching the ground.

Adjust your spine so it's aligned,

Eyes closed.

Bring your attention to the bottom of your nose,

To your nostrils.

Observe the air passing through them.

Today let's practice anapana for one minute.

Anapana is concentration of the mind through observation of the breath.

Simply observe.

Be grateful for allowing yourself this moment of self-love.
