Welcome to this Third Eye Chakra Affirmation meditation.
My name is Isra.
Begin by sitting in a comfortable position,
Closing your eyes and taking a couple deep breaths in,
Breathing in fully all the way down into your belly,
Expanding your belly as you breathe in and fully exhaling,
Breathing fully in and fully exhaling.
One more time,
Breathing fully in and fully exhaling.
Now allow your breath just to be.
You can either repeat these affirmations out loud within your mind or simply receiving the affirmations.
I am wise,
Intuitive and connected to my inner guidance.
I trust my intuition.
I am connected to my higher power.
Every situation is an opportunity for growth.
I open myself to new energy and experience.
I nurture my spirit and I am in tune with its needs.
I am the source of my truth.
I live in alignment with my authentic self.
Everything I need is within me.
I feel,

I see.
I visualize myself achieving my goals.
I effortlessly embody my visualizations.
