Welcome to this new moon in Virgo guided meditation.
Begin by simply arriving and grounding yourself here.
Gently close your eyes,
Or just soften your gaze if that feels better for you,
And take a deep breath in through your nose,
And breathe out slowly through your mouth.
Take another deep breath,
And on the exhale,
Allow your body to release any tension it might be carrying.
There's nowhere you need to be right now.
Nothing you need to do.
This is time just for you.
As you settle into this space,
Notice the contact your body makes with whatever is holding you,
Whether that be the ground,
A chair,
Your bed,
Or a cushion.
Just really let yourself be supported.
With each breath,
Feel yourself arriving more fully into the present.
And let the breath gently guide you to your own presence,
Grounded and here.
The energy of this Virgo new moon is bringing us a quiet,
Intentional clarity.
Virgo is very connected to service,
To order,
And to the beauty of small details.
This energy is really subtle,
So we need to listen to its whispers.
Its quiet reminder that a simple structure,
Care,
And precision can be deeply nourishing.
These things are often thought of as restrictive,
But actually,
They can be really freeing.
This new moon arrives at a turning point in the year,
As we are slowly coming to the end of summer.
The light is changing,
And a different rhythm is emerging.
There's something really very sacred and special in this pause between seasons.
It is a really great time to reflect and take stock.
To gently ask yourself,
What have I been carrying,
And what do I want to carry forward?
There's a back to school energy right now,
A soft pull towards focus and routine.
So use this time to get really clear on what you want to create for the rest of the year.
To organise your thoughts,
To simplify,
And to realign with what matters.
Take a deep breath before we begin the visualisation.
Imagine yourself walking slowly through a field in late summer.
The colours are golden and earthy.
The sun is low in the sky,
And there's a real softness to the air.
You can feel the quiet magic of this in-between moment.
Not quite summer,
And not quite autumn.
Take it all in.
Connect to all of your senses as you go for your walk.
You keep walking until you reach a peaceful space that's been created just for you.
You can see a beautiful wooden desk with a notebook and pen.
Everything feels calm,
Ordered and uncluttered here.
There is a seat waiting for you where you sit down.
As you sit at the desk,
You begin to wonder what you would like to make space for.
What would bring more ease into your days?
What small shifts would support your wellbeing?
You're not thinking too much here.
You're just letting your intuition speak to you.
And you pick up the pen and begin to write in the notebook.
You are writing from a place of intuition and connection.
This is coming more from your heart than your head.
Just trust whatever is arising,
Even if it's more of a feeling than words.
I'm going to give you some time here to connect to everything that is coming up.
Whatever came up for you,
Know that this is exactly what you need right now.
Look down at the notebook full of your words and really try to visualise these thoughts and intentions coming to life.
Connect to how they will look and how they will gently slot into your life without too much force or even effort.
This new moon is an invitation to be present.
To realign.
To take gentle,
Grounded steps forward.
I encourage you to put pen to paper after this practice and do just what you did in the visualisation.
Write from your intuition.
Let your inner voice guide the words.
From there,
You can set goals or name small actions to bring your intentions to life in a real and practical way.
You may also feel cool to spend more time alone under this new moon,
If that's possible for you.
Virgo reminds us that quiet time is essential.
That solitude can help us reconnect to who we are and what we truly need.
Now gently let go of the image of the desk and the field knowing that you can return to it whenever you need to connect to yourself and get some clarity.
Come back to your body.
Feel your feet.
Feel the surface beneath you.
And bring your awareness back to your breath.
Take one final deep breath.
And just sigh it out.
