In front of you is a small fire.

I'm going to ask you now to bring to mind something that you're ready to release.
It might be a thought you keep returning to.
It could be a habit.
Maybe it is a story you've told yourself for far too long.
Or a fear that doesn't belong to you anymore.
It could even be something in your shadow.
Something you have hidden as it is really hard to confront.
Just let whatever it is rise naturally.
Don't force it.
Just allow what's ready to come to the surface.
Imagine what you want to release as something that you are holding in your hands.
Maybe it looks like a symbol or an object.
Maybe it's just a feeling.
Trust however it comes to you.
Feel the heaviness of this one last time.
Feel how it has been weighing you down.
When you're ready,
Gently offer it to the fire beside you.
Watch as it catches and burns and transforms and disappears.
Feel the release not only in your mind but in your body.
In your body.
In your spirit.
In your entire being.
Breathe gently yet intentionally.
Let the warmth from the fire move through you.
Like a gentle tonic.
A warm drink of comfort and transformation.
Scorpio reminds us that there is power in letting go.
It's not weakness.
It's strength.
It takes real courage to shed a skin.
And that is why it is sometimes so hard to do.

And I think it is really important to acknowledge that.
