Join me for this short and powerful morning grounding meditation to start your day feeling centred and focused. You'll connect to the earth's steady energy, helping you feel grounded and ready to take on your day with intention. This is quite a face paced meditation made for people who are time poor in the morning so if you prefer slower and more relaxing practices, my other tracks might be better suited to you. Welcome to this morning grounding practice.

Starting your day with intention and connection can really help create calm and focus,

Making you feel centred and a little bit more prepared for what lies ahead.

Find a comfortable seated position.

Rest your hands on your lap or knees and gently close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

Filling your belly.

Hold it for a moment and now release it slowly through your mouth.

Do this two more times,

Breathing in deeply and exhaling fully.

Now let your breath settle into its natural rhythm.

With each inhale,

Imagine a bright white light of energy entering your body.

With every exhale,

Release any tension or lingering thoughts from yesterday or any worries about today.

Feel the connection between your body and the surface you're sitting on.

Imagine roots extending from the base of your spine and the soles of your feet,

Grounding you deep into the earth.

Feel these roots anchoring you firmly,

Connecting you to the steady energy of the earth.

With each inhale,

Imagine this grounding energy rising up through the roots and filling your entire body.

Feel it move through your feet,

Your legs,

Your tummy,

Your chest,

Your shoulders and all the way up to the crown of your head.

With every exhale,

Let go of anything that feels heavy or unneeded,

Anything you do not want to take with you today.

What you are going to take with you is the feeling that you are grounded,

You are supported and you are steady.

Now decide how you want to feel or show up for yourself today.

What would you like to move through the day with?

Maybe it is a sense of calm or focus or confidence or kindness.

Make a commitment to yourself now of what it will be and carry it with you.

Repeat silently or out loud I am grounded and I am ready for the day.

I am grounded and I am ready for the day.

Feel the energy of these words sinking into your body.

Allow this intention to guide you as you move through your day.

Take a few deep breaths,

Feeling energised and connected.

Bring some gentle movement back to your body and gently open your eyes.

Thank yourself for taking this time to meditate this morning.

Trust that this practice will help your day feel steady,

Centred,

A little bit easier,

More connected and more aligned with your authentic self.
