Take a moment to really settle into your space,
Find a really comfy position,
Let your shoulders soften,
Unclench your jaw and just gently close your eyes.
Begin to notice your breath,
There is nothing you need to change,
Just observe the natural rhythm of breathing in and breathing out.
With every exhale,
Allow your body to soften a little bit more.
With every inhale,
Just invite a sense of space into your body.
Welcome to this 4 moon in Libra guided meditation.
Life can feel very heavy right now,
Even as spring arrives and the world begins to bloom again,
Many of us are carrying stress,
Uncertainty and the weight of living through times that can feel really unfair and really quite scary.
It is incredibly easy to absorb this heaviness into your body and mind.
Under the light of the 4 moon in Libra,
We are collectively going to create some time to release even a small part of what we have been carrying.
When we lighten the weight within us even slightly,
We create more space for kindness,
For balance and for connection.
And the lighter we feel collectively,
The stronger we become together.
The April full moon is traditionally known as the pink moon.
It is the first full moon of spring and its name comes from a soft pink wildflower that blooms at this time of year.
After the long stillness of winter,
This flower quietly appears and is a reminder that renewal always finds its way back.
Even if in the darkness it didn't feel that way.
This moon has also long been connected to the rhythm of Easter,
Which falls on the first Sunday after the first full moon following the spring equinox.
So across cultures and centuries,
This moon has marked a turning point,
A moment where when the earth begins to wake up,
When the light grows stronger and when we are invited to begin again.
So this is really powerful energy that we can tap into.
Libra is the sign of balance,
Harmony and relationships.
Libra reminds us that life is not meant to be lived in constant tension or imbalance.
It invites us to reflect on how we relate to ourselves,
To others and to the wider world.
It asks us to gently notice where things feel out of balance and where we may be carrying more than we need to.
Take a deep breath in before we start the visualization.
Imagine that you are standing in a vast open garden at night.
The air feels mild.
Around you,
The earth has begun to wake up.
You can smell fresh soil and new blossoms as the scent drifts through the air.
Above you,
The sky is deep and clear and the full moon is large and bright.
Its light is soft but powerful and it illuminates the entire landscape in a gentle silver glow.
You can really feel this glow moving through your whole body.
Just feel the energy from this moon.
It feels expansive and grounding at the same time.
The light from the moon is so bright that you begin to notice that the garden around you is filled with delicate pink flowers.
Thousands of them stretch across the ground like a soft living carpet.
Each flower is small and vibrant,
Quietly glowing beneath the moonlight.
They sway very gently in the breeze,
Their petals catching the light.
Take a moment to slowly walk through this garden.
Feel the earth beneath your feet,
Alive and steady.
The moon is shining a calm,
Balanced light over everything.
Nothing here feels rushed or chaotic.
Everything moves in harmony with the rhythm of nature,
Just like you do here in this garden.
As you continue walking,
You notice something ahead of you in the centre of the garden.
Standing there is a beautiful set of large golden scales with a bowl on either side.
These scales are tall and elegant and they're glowing softly in the moonlight.
These are the scales of Libra,
A symbol of balance.
Slowly approach the scales and stand in front of them.
As you stand there,
Allow your awareness to gently turn towards your relationships.
The way you give,
The way you receive,
The roles you often take without even noticing.
Maybe you are someone who carries too much for others,
Who holds space,
Fixes,
Supports and absorbs more than your share.
Or perhaps there are moments where you hold back,
Protect your energy or struggle to ask for what you need.
Libra invites us to notice these patterns with honesty and kindness.
Not to judge them,
But simply to see them.
Ask yourself quietly now,
Where in my life do things feel out of balance?
Where am I carrying weight that does not belong to me?
And where might I be ready to return to a more natural exchange?
Take a moment now to gently acknowledge what feels heavy for you.
So this might be stress,
Exhaustion,
Sadness,
Uncertainty.
Maybe the feeling of overwhelm by everything happening around you.
You don't need to analyse it or explain it.
Just recognise it.
Just notice it.
Just be aware of it.
Now imagine that each of these feelings begins to take a physical form.
They become small stones that you are holding in your hands.
Some might feel heavier than others.
Some may be smooth.
Some might be rough.
These stones represent the weight you have been carrying.
One by one,
Begin placing these stones onto the bowl that is on the left side of the scales.
With every stone you release,
Notice how your body begins to feel slightly lighter.
There is no need to rush.
Take your time.
Place each stone gently onto the scales,
Recognising what each stone represents.
And noticing how unbalanced the scales now are.
The scales are now tipping to the left.
This is carrying the weight that you have been holding onto,
Maybe even without realising it.
Now look up at the full moon above you.
Its soft glow has grown stronger,
Illuminating the entire garden.
And you notice that the moon begins to shine directly onto the scales.
And as the moonlight touches the bowl filled with the stones,
Something magical begins to happen.
The stones start to soften and dissolve.
Slowly they transform into tiny particles of light,
Dissolving into the air like dust caught in sunlight.
Watch as the weight you place in the bowl begins to disappear,
Carried away by the moonlight.
The scales slowly rise back into perfect balance.
With every stone that dissolves,
Feel the space opening within you.
Your chest softens,
Your breath deepens,
Your body begins to feel lighter and calmer.
Now that the scales have returned to balance,
Something begins to change in the garden around you.
The pink flowers that cover the ground slowly begin to release their petals into the warm spring air.
One by one they lift gently into the night,
Carried by a soft breeze beneath the light of the moon.
These delicate petals represent the qualities that naturally emerge when we release the heaviness we have been carrying.
Kindness,
Fairness,
Compassion.
Take a moment now to breathe this sense of balance into your body.
Imagine the soft glow of the moon and the gentle pink light of the petals spreading through you.
Moving through your chest,
Your shoulders and your mind.
Filling the spaces that felt heavy with a sense of calm,
Lightness and quiet hope.
Before you leave this garden,
Take one final moment under this pink moon.
Look around at the pink flowers quietly blooming across the landscape.
They did not force their way into existence.
They simply followed the natural rhythm of the earth.
Spring reminds us that renewal does not require perfection.
It begins with small shifts.
Small moments of release.
Small acts of kindness towards ourselves and others.
As you slowly begin to walk back through the garden,
Know that you can return to this place whenever you need to.
The scales of balance are always available to you.
And every time you choose to release even a small part of what you are carrying,
You help restore balance not only within yourself,
But in the world around you.
Gently bring your awareness back to your breath.
Feel the surface beneath your body supporting you.
And when you're ready,
Just bring some movement back into your body.
And when it feels right,
You can gently open your eyes.
Carry this lightness with you as you move forward this spring.
Thank you very much for meditating with me today.
It has been an absolute pleasure to guide you.
